I wish this was mandatory right NOW. Us owners that live at the far end of one building are now dealing with ONE noisy nuisance neighbor,was told to call the police which has helped BUT my issue is him being able to actually buy it smdh,any homeowners nightmare😢,this is why i wish it was a non rental condominiums..at one point it was mainly only for owners and elderly..hardly any kids,renters coming&going🤦🏾♀️.
6:12,so although this unit being rented out is owned by someone, they havent seem to replace the door which is the front one and has BAD chipped paint missing😮
