@@JoeDoyleEntrepreneur ohh I’m subscribed. On a different vein I’m extremely worried about the government latest onslaught against landlords. It really puts me off. They have shut the rental market not only that everyone is heading for the exit gates!
Great advice joe. All the carpentry apprenticeship block release places never teach you anything about this kind of stuff. All i got was them wishing me the best of luck when i go out on my own. This would be about 2004 anyway, maybe its changed since then?
Unfortunately Owen I don’t believe anything has changed since then. Very few people ever do any business training, but not to worry I’m hear to fix all that 😁😁
Good Man Joe !!!
Thank you Sir :)
If your QS hasn’t got terms like that written into your contract get rid of them.
I have never seen anyone have these type of T&C’s in their agreements before. We implemented them a few years back and it was a game changer.
@@JoeDoyleEntrepreneur that’s strange. It’s in every contract I’ve ever signed. Variation/hourly rate has to be in it for big bricklaying contracts . I thought that’d be across the board with all trades.
@@conkers84 the problem is mostly associated with business to consumer work as opposed to b2b work which is what u refer to 👍
Can I get in contact with you joe
Absolutely, send me an email at info@joedoyle.ie
