    Work was how I spent my bank holiday, 12 hr shift doing paperwork. I'm off today, blue sky so not all bad.
    Plumping blush is the best blush on the market in my humble opinion.....duo compact with cream foundation and bronzer stays on all day...... ❤ it.

    Thank you for uploading the content that you have! Your information on Oestrogel (which is fine) and Oestrosorb (which tends not to work) had been so helpful. Curious if you may have another Hormone Replacement Video in the works of your thoughts on it, what you plan on doing going forward and maybe having another specialist on? Say Dr. Lindsey Berkson? But even for thyroid hormone, I think people like myself would love to take a watch towards it.

    Sounds good. Then i think of my Nan who was of the era that didnt do a lot to their skin apart from soap and water. She had amazing skin. I would not be able to use soap on mine. Will have to try the Studio 10 new product as i spend too much time in the bathroom even when I'm not putting on make-up 😂. Interesting to hear all about it.
