I tried Force Stop and I was getting ready to re-install but I thought I'd check the web again for an answer. Thank goodness I found your post. The weird thing is even if you turn off the app specific Data Saver for WhatsApp it still doesn't work. Without you we're trying to solve this problem for days on end. Thank you so much. Also I should mention that the problem occurred only after upgrading to Android 10.

Hi Rajat, I have been facing the same issue. Whatsapp calling is stuck on connecting. But it's happening over wifi and works with the mobile data. Do you have any tips for that. I have trues resetting the router and reinstalling the app. Also I'm able to use other apps like telegram, skype, zoom for calling over the same wifi without any issues.
