With Nootropics, it's not that you become smarter, it's that you're more more alert, aware, focused, and able to concentrate for longer periods of time.
Sounds like the same thing that they chew those plants in the Congo.
I found that state of awareness in a 1 hour one time miracle process. Now I live in that state all the time no pills required.
And dead more early ... ^^
You see, a star who is brighter lasts lesser...^^
But , this is your life, you do what you want with it , i don't care.
@@netshaman9918 So Nootropics is harmful? I didn't study up the limitless drugs.
@@netshaman9918 nope stars are fusion. its size is not the issue. how big nor small, otherwise alot of stars would of died already. they got a pretty good shelf life of 15 billion years ish
The limitless pill didn’t give him extreme energy, but made him hyper aware of everything, with the ability to use or dismiss the incoming information to his best advantage.
It enhanced endurance tho. Not like a physical stimulant, but an energy enhancer (think ATP, etc.). He wasn't overstimulated, but clearly had more energy to do things.
What I have learned today:
- Drink Redbull
- Buy scratch-off tickets
Redbull is not good, i drink others which i have had better results with like monster drink energy. And why tickets, use that power to develop plans to become billonarie in the global market. It is a mana potion, not a luck potion.
Ok, at 5:00 she mention redbull. But as a caffeine lover, there are better options like burn.
Where are my previous coments 😢
what i have learned before even watch the video its that you have to always trusth the classics, like good old coke, not the light or zero ones, those are crap, the original made in a filthy tub is the good one
@IEmeraldM you can also try the meth and red bull diet. Cuts the fat off you and makes you hyper focused. But be careful those energy drinks will kill you.
The best way to solve that 2pm crash of energy - is a 10 to 20 minute nap
For me, Modafinil is fucking amazing. But you are right about multi-tasking. Forget it. Can't do it. But if you are working on something complex, it helps you concentrate on the task at hand and cut out all the noise. I used it to solve some very complex software engineering issues. And right now, I am taking it for a 70-page business plan I am working on. Really helps me to organize my thoughts and avoid all distractions. And it is not addictive. When you can triple your workload, then you don't feel any need to take it every day. Don't mix it with alcohol!
It's been many years since I borrowed someone's Adderall in college, but it was the same effect for me. Modafinil is supposedly not as strong and has fewer side effects.
Yes, no side effects. I hear bad things about Adderall. @@mixwellusa
Where can I buy modafinil
I have ADHD, and when I take Modafinil, I can't concentrate on one thing cause of my ADHD. However, it makes me a sexy Multitasking genius.
So modafinil is the real limitless pill?
B-complex, 150mg choline (or 1 raw egg yolk), 100mg Modafinil, 1 can of sardines for omega 3s. See you at the top.
@@ACORNyMOFO modafinil is kind of like caffeine but better, the rest is just to make him feel good about himself
When consuming raw eggs your body only will absorb half of those nutrients. But cooked you will absorb all of it . Consuming raw eggs and getting more benefits from it vs cooked is nothing but a Myth
@@ACORNyMOFO her is a study on the benefits of choline in the brain. There are many of them this is just one. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9756672/
@@mjgII Well... the modafinil revs you up chemically (staves off fatigue). But the egg yolk, b-complex, and sardines provide the nutritional support needed for focus and endurance. Without it, modafinil wears you down just like every other stimulant. The components for fuel and repair have to originate from SOMEWHERE. If they aren't provided through nutrition, then it is cannibalized out of your own body and brain.
With that said, modafinil is a very clean stimulant... but NOT a replacement for rest and nutrition as many people seem to believe.
Choline gives me brain damage 🤣
So grateful to find your lovely channel, been taking modafinil for 2 weeks and my depression, borderline, mood swings, procrastination, fatigue and lethargy is completely gone.
If it is like the new cocaine... Are you still doing well now??
@@bubblerings It is honestly 😂. It's been 3-4 hours after dinner and I'm just sitting and debugging the code. I should probably take some break but I'm tooo focused. Depression is also non existent, even on the days I skip it, and I skip many days just because some days I want to take it easy and go slow 😂
@@bubblerings I have had modafinil for nearly 10 years. Cocaine is shit.
Borderline mood.swings? Really?
It certainly does do wonders - but you have to eat properly too.
I used to suffer from extreme brain fog, lethargy, etc. and about a decade ago (after watching limitless lol) I discovered the world of nootropics and while they helped immensely after I figured out how to balance things out, I also went through many periods where they made things more difficult for a short while.
I've experimented with modafinil, adrafanil, piracetam, pramiracetam, noopept, etc. and currently I'm taking (alongside a small amount of kratom for anxiety [would not recommend, after many years of kratom use coming off of it has been nearly as bad as benzo withdrawal *for me*]) phosphatidylserine and noopept only.
However, I know that if you aren't getting proper choline and other whatchamacallits things can get more fuzzy.
I'm a little off today because I had terrible sleep - but generally even after a moderate kratom dose, once I take my little combo (I'd hesitate to call it a 'stack' at this point lol) of noots - I'm clear as a (fairly distinct sounding) bell. :P
everyone has charisma, they just dont have the confidence to use it... so its not the charisma boost but the confidence boost that we know it. watched this movie 3 times and still love it. only few movies i would watch more than once inthis world.
Being able to use it - that's charisma.

The movie is based off of a short story, wherein the story the pill actually allows one full recall of your memories from any point in time during your life. It is essentially the ultimate photographic memory. This allowed the character to utilize the information and turn it into applicable knowledge. At the end of that story they too imply that the character still hae the memory ability unlocked. An eiditic memory functions in a similar fashion only parallel.
I would imagine there would be an implicit motivation to improve the experiences you are having in your life, and the quality of the information you are consuming as well. A motivation running parallel to the experience that would entice you to action
Most people don't realize the huge drawback of having an eidetic memory: you remember all of your mistakes you ever did forever (even if you did not consider them to be mistakes when you made them, but reclassify them as mistakes when you mature or change your worldview)
Wrong, the movie was based on a book.
@@pranakhan One thing about RUclips comments and videos is that I've realized how much information I forget after I think I've internalized it. I've watched videos and realized from the comments that I've seen them before but don't remember seeing them or even commenting. It's kind of disturbing. I used to have an almost photographic memory for printed work, but it's gotten worse as I've gotten older.
@@HK_on_YTI think forgetting is a normal and useful function.
I've been taking Modafinil for a long time, but only occasionally. I used to work crazy hours and didn't get to sleep much. I had an hour and 15-minute drive to work, so it probably kept me from falling asleep at the wheel a few times. It makes you alert but without nervousness or other stimulants.
@@soulthorn3 It can be prescribed for shift workers. In my case, I didn't want to nod off while driving to work, but your doctor would have to decide what is best for you.
Disparities aren't necessarily a bad thing. If things are disparate because one group is excelling, that's a great thing! The rising tide lifts all ships! If things are disparate because one group is being held down, that's a bad thing ... but someone improving themself doesn't keep others down. Life isn't a zero sum game in which one person can only do better by pushing another person lower.
Equity argument in vid by obese dud is so lame!!!
Get more vanilla and cinnimon into your diet, they naturally open up your tight junctures within your neurovascular network, allowing for more robust signal firing, couple this with more antixidants and metabilism boosters within one's diet and you do not need a pill. The only other thing would be to break down metals such as gold, silver, even copper and iron into their respective monoatomic forms and ingest them. Boost your krebs cycle and discipline your shikamate pathway and you will feel and process amazingly well
Fun video. However, it would have been a lot more valuable if you:
1. controlled for placebo (e.g. have a 3rd party replace half the pills with identical-looking dummy pills)
then log your results each day to see if there's any difference between _thinking_ you're on a nootropic and actually being on one.
2. actually measured cognitive functions (e.g. your performance on dual n-back, which changes significantly based on how awake/alert you are)
Modafinil changed my life. Started taking it in 2010 as an off label use for ADHD, and it was a total game changer.
Should we be worried about long term side-effects? I have been using it occasionally but worried to consume it due to potential side effects or damage in the long-term.
The ethical concerns are completely valid, but I do think that coming up with nootropics that are tailor made for those who are neurodivergent would be extremely helpful, while reducing the side effects. Due to having a stress related mental health condition that is long-term, I cannot take caffeine, choline, or anything that drops my blood pressure too low, etc. and it would be nice to have customized therapies that work well for enhancing positively the way that my brain naturally works. In that case, I don’t consider it an unfair advantage, just something that could potentially take the current treatments a step further.
Dang this video was fire. I tried nootropics back in 2017 while completing my studies in computer science. It was pretty bad! As good as I felt when i had to study, it sucked to do anything else. I ended up going into real estate because I didn't want to die from a heart attack.
You won’t die WOW😂😂😂😂 I’d rather eat a bag of shrooms all night though.
bro changed his carrer because of a pill
There are other nootropics than just stimulants..
For those of us who are older, nootropics like Mucuna help us feel normal instead of old and dumb.
You went into real estate because you didn’t want to have a heart attack?? How does that even make any sense??

The lottery ticket parts were a sweet way to introduce the concept of selector bias to the equation, good video. Take care of yourselves and your health long term, by doing the right things, and you will watch yourself out-perform consistently, especially as you age.
Selection bias.
So I have ADHD, and a couple of times, my wife took my pills, and it didn't make any difference to her. Yet when I take it, it makes me feel superhuman. It takes away anxiety, make me focus and I feel calm.

Cool song! I wish I didn't need stuff to help me barely function...I actually use the generic stuff since Adderall isn't covered by my insurance, but my cardiologist wants me off stimulants so I guess it's back to barely living again, I use energy drinks which isn't much better, I'm already on disability but now I'll be a piece of my couch more...
I created a supplement for type 2 Diabetics and added the building blocks for Adenosine Triphosphate (The "energy currency of the body- Malik acid and different kinds of magnesium), and add a certain Curcumin. This gives me all day energy, better brain function, and my body recovers faster needing hours less sleep each night. I only sleep 5-6 hours a night instead of 8 which is normal. I don't use an alarm to wake up, so I wake up when I am done resting. No, I do not sell it, but I have been taking it myself for 10 years. People want more hours in the day, I have found out how to do that.
I think the most impressive part of this whole thing was your win rate with scratch tickets.
As a Dr., I guess the "optimal" combination would be caffeine + T4 + psilocybin (low dose/microdosing). I might get richer than Mr. Trump if I pushed that... But hey, free advice!

Very intersting! I took Alpha brain too but didn't notice a difference either.
Vivid and intense dreams are a result of magnesium supplementation. I wouldn't be surprised if alpha brain has magnesium.

Nofap LMFAO
@@Kilgreys yep. NOFAP helps keep the mind sharp and energised as well as the body, probably due to increased dopamine and androgen receptor density from abstaining. Boxers have long sworn by this practice in preparation for a big fight.
fasting and no sugar is bs. fasting is extremely unhealthy longterm, sugar is what human needs, going keto for longer than 2 weeks is unhealthy for the pancreas and thyroid - too stressful. check out bioenergetic diet, and taking active thyroid [t3/t4], its comparable to all of this. nofap i'd say nah, rather quitting PMO but without willpower [easypeasymethod or freedom model - kills any withdrawals etc].
Nofap has no benefits. Sugar is very important and keto diets are terrible. Sugar is literally the most important macronutrient a deficiency of it causes immense stress on the organism. Fasting is terrible, causes an unimaginable amounts of stress on the organism. Gluconeogenesis is terrible for you. The breakdown of protein for amino acids can weaken the immune system. Feel free to ask question, because everything I wrote here is really a very big simplification.
@@BagietkaYTofficall NOFAP does have benefits that many people have experienced first hand. I was talking about refined sugar not fruit or carbs from natural whole foods. That was actually one really nice vid, I highly enjoyed and yeah - mushrooms work - everything natural with a history of over 1000 years, like the most mushrooms coming from Asia and many, many herbs from different regions are the best idea and they're harmless for your body and you can take endlessly, most of those food supplements that include heavy chemistry in some of the products usually have side or bad effects in the long run, though sometimes they may actually be great for just a few tries now and then, when it feels like a necessity especially if you're entrepreneurial or in the leadership somewhere e.g. Ty for the great vid 💯

Not drinking coffee within 2+ hours after waking up will keep you from crashing by the afternoon. Adenasine clearing. It may not have been the suplement that allowed her to feel fresh at 6pm.
Ethical concerns expressed @8:25 are shortsighted. It doesnt make sense if it enhances learning or concentration since you are still required to learn. It is as ethical as hiring a tutor, since that can give you an unfair advantage in education vs people less financially well off. There isnt a doping agency ready to test each student before they take a test and i would argue that there isnt a competition to learning unless you are considering the jobs after college as competitive. But often times those jobs go to folks who have social and other skills in addition to book smarts...
I don't trust anything the guy in the clips says. Modafinil isn't an anphatmine. A simple google search will tell you that. It's a centeral nervous system stimulant. Works completely differnent in the brain. Enjoyed the video though.

Good work on this video was entertaining and informative, ending was funny. Over many years I been into nootropics a lot of research, given my dad had alzheimer's dementia It made me want to find things to prolong and or prevent if it. Some nootropics & adaptogens take time to kick in not in a energy spiked feeling, you will find things like most other comments are saying. 'Living 'In The Zone' is limitless. The divine state of thoughtless awareness, feeling good in the moment now, tuned in taped in turned on connected with Infinite intelligence now is beyond a pill. It's Divine. I found it. I live it. I love and enjoy it.
Most of us haven't, and it takes a huge amount of effort in meditation to get there. Since I don't have sixteen hours a day for 50 years to spare, I hope neuroscience figures out to rapidly accelerate this process. It has to happen.

But you constantly taking it means that you're addicted to that kind of effect
I've been trying nootropics in the past week and I started with taking like all of them at once to try and see if any of them can have an effect. I currently take about 30 different substances ranging from plant based ones like Ginkgo Biloba, Ashwagandha, Tribulus Terrestris, Bacopa Monnieri root and quite a few others, then there are ammino acids crucial for dopamine production Tyrosine and Phenylalanine, which I both take at large quantities as I bought a large amount of powder and I am adding it to cold coffee, then there are proven substances such as Caffeine and Taurine I am taking in a powder form as well, then there's a vitamin formula, a multi-mineral formula, Omega 3&6 fatty acids and last but not least Creatine for its proven effects on both brain and muscle mass.
I thought modafinil was prescription
it is, hence the reason she paid $15 for one pill
There's a Ted Chiang's short story called "Understand" that has some parallelisms with the Limitless movie. The story itself gave me insomnia for a couple of days. I strongly recommend it
I tried modafinil twice, first time i felt great but the second time i took it and a few hours later i got so dizzy i couldn't drive so i never took it again.

Wanted to send you some Truth/Love.... if you're not already doing this full time (if that's your goal) with how entertaining this was... you will be in the near future. I see it. Keep doing your thing.
I once took Modafinil to study. It made a kick in, I was totally focused, but the day after I was depressed
Great video... Came here from Instagram and originally subbed for your camera content, but I dig this new style of video.
I've taken all of these and can anecdotally say, most of them have a strong placebo effect. Yet, I will say adaptogens in mushrooms do seem to have the most positive benefits for an OTC supplement.
Now, I take armodafanil every other morning (coupled with kratom) to edit videos...and it's fantastic! However, I only take it by myself when I need to focus on a singular task. If I'm around others or have to be a parent or a good partner, it's less than ideal as I tend to see social interactions as obstacles in the way of my productivity when I'm on it... But it definitely works! This seems to be true for Ritalin and the like, so I always caution people to not take them habitually and to be aware that they may get irritable unless they can get stuck in on one, rote task--like editing
Again, great video!
Thanks! I’m exploring these new videos but there are certainly a few filmmaking tutorials coming up soon. Your experience with this is interesting and I feel I had similar results.
That is interesting. I think my ability to multitask is one of my strengths, though I do need to focus sometimes. Thank you for your honest review.

Modafinil is designed to keep you awake. It's prescribed for narcolepsy (people who suddenly fall asleep during the day).
It has also shown some effectiveness for ADHD, but not as much as Ritalin.
My friend took it for a while. He stopped taking it because "I became too serious and wanted to work all the time."

Overall, not a big fan.
Where did you find modafinil these days? I didn't think it was readily available in the US so people had switched to adrafinil and other analogs.
She took Modvigil, which is supposedly a Modafinil generic. You can purchase it online from a company out of India. Prior to getting a prescription for Modafiinil I tried Modvigil, and it did nothing for me. Been taking Modafinil for about 5 years now, and am very satisfied!
It’s easy to buy online. Shipped from India to USA
Let's be honest Red Bull is just a ton of caffeine. The other ingredients are there for marketing purposes but the caffeine is doing 95% of the heavy lifting.
Lol wow ... this is the experience of a drug naive person. Someone who drinks a red bull and it has THAT intense of an effect on. I'd like to see her reaction to snorting a fat line of coke😳
xD
I wouldn't wish that on anyone. She seems normal. Don't ruin her.
@@beestingza cocaine baddies go kinda hard though. (i've been to raves and such)
Exercise has a significant impact on promoting neurogenesis and neuroplasticity. Here are some types of exercises that have been shown to be particularly effective:
### 1. **Aerobic Exercise:**
- **Examples:** Running, swimming, cycling, brisk walking.
- **Benefits:** Aerobic exercise is particularly effective at increasing the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a protein that supports neurogenesis and neuroplasticity. Regular aerobic activity has been linked to the growth of new neurons, particularly in the hippocampus, an area involved in memory and learning.
### 2. **Resistance Training:**
- **Examples:** Weightlifting, bodyweight exercises (e.g., push-ups, squats).
- **Benefits:** Resistance training can improve cognitive function and increase the release of growth factors that support brain health. It has been shown to enhance synaptic plasticity, particularly in older adults.
### 3. **High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT):**
- **Examples:** Short bursts of intense exercise followed by rest or low-intensity exercise (e.g., sprinting followed by walking).
- **Benefits:** HIIT has been shown to boost BDNF levels and promote neurogenesis. The intensity and variety of exercises can also stimulate different parts of the brain, enhancing overall cognitive function.
### 4. **Mind-Body Exercises:**
- **Examples:** Yoga, tai chi, qigong.
- **Benefits:** These exercises improve neuroplasticity by reducing stress and enhancing focus, attention, and mindfulness. They also promote relaxation, which can have a positive impact on brain health.
### 5. **Skill-Based Exercises:**
- **Examples:** Learning new skills, playing musical instruments, dancing, or engaging in complex motor tasks.
- **Benefits:** Activities that challenge the brain with new learning or complex coordination stimulate neuroplasticity. These exercises can lead to the formation of new neural connections.
### 6. **Combination Exercises:**
- **Examples:** Activities like dancing or sports that combine physical activity with cognitive challenges.
- **Benefits:** These exercises engage both the body and mind, promoting neuroplasticity and improving overall cognitive function.
### 7. **Balance and Coordination Exercises:**
- **Examples:** Balance training, agility drills, activities that require coordination (e.g., juggling, martial arts).
- **Benefits:** Improving balance and coordination can stimulate brain areas involved in motor control and spatial awareness, supporting neuroplasticity.
Incorporating a mix of these exercises into your routine can provide a comprehensive approach to enhancing brain health. Regular physical activity not only supports physical health but also plays a critical role in maintaining and improving cognitive function.
You have beautiful eyes. Good presentation, great editing, and content. Best of luck to you.
540 a month on modafinil? lol.. imo if the government actually cared about the populous it would end the war on drugs and for example if homeless people were given regulated doses of modafinil or amphs they could easily get back on track in life... this would actually decrease disparities.. (could also be given to obese people to lose weight). best current "limitless" pill is perfect sleep, followed by other healthy lifestyle changes, because those stims just increase productivity not intelligence.
I agree. One macro dose of psilocybin has proven to cure addiction in long time hard core drug users and also cures even drug resistant depression. It has no addictive properties and you can’t overdose on it. So who is the real criminal? The one doing psilocybin? I’m or the ones trying to keep it from us?
Exactly what I say. Normal brains it doesn't make a huge difference in but I still think if regulated a lot of normal brained people would find it very useful.
That's also why I stuck with the generic, Adderall isn't covered by my insurance, it's not much cheaper than the M.
@@abijahdixon2771yeah amphs have really helped with my OCD. i think i spent $200 on moda and i use 1/4 a pill every few days, i have enough to last me years
🤔 What a learnt from this video is you have a gambling problem 🎰
Potentially getting prescribed some similar medications, will let you know how it goes 😂.
Great vid as always!
How did it go???
@@bubbleringsjust color coordinated my sock drawer. Perfection.
Their are better Nootropics, out there, and there has been a bit fight over it. The real ones are lied about and banned.
The i.e. professional you had on is a fool. I have used nootopics when I was younger in the 90s and was "phi theta kappa" top 10 % in my class.
If you want to see a nootropic work the take
1. Depranyl
2. DMAE= Dimethylaminoethynol
3. Hydergine= Ergoloid derivative
4. Oxytocin
This is the stack!
Listen to the voice of existence and try it out.
And this, folks, is what a commercial in disquise looks like. Well done lol
Guarana is a south American herb with naturally occurring caffeine that does not make you jittery. I have used it for years in powder form to make a tea and it's way better than coffee or red bull. It's great for mental clarity. Herbalife dealers used to sell a great version called NRG.
Modafinil is the king.
I have quite a bit of experience with the drug. I’m a physician who uses it to perform at a high-level both when I’m exhausted and haven’t had enough sleep And when I have a specially long growing day ahead to carry me through some of those rough patches during a 12 to 14 hour day. The best way I can describe it effect you become the best version of yourself. It sounds like you took two large dose. You should’ve started with 1/4 of a 200 mg tablet and experimented until you found the optimal dose. This is the drug that all of these people who are functioning at a high-level, such as Barack Obama you mentioned Elon Musk ect. Just works. The only real side effects seems to be insomnia as it has a very long half-life.
Right away I was skeptical of this video by her constant lottery wins. That just doesn't happen in real life.
Spoiler alert! : She’s related to some peeps in the lotto industry.
Those mushrooms have been used as supplements for millenia. I wouldn't be so surprised. The pill you took just stacks a specific dosage of each. A lot of people that take nootropics will experiment around and see what works best for them, and then make their own personalized stacks. I'm the same way. If you're considering taking cognitive enhancement supplements long-term, I'd recommend you do your own research, start small, try them individually, and work your way up to determine what works best for you. Then, apply the same principles to stacking multiple, if you want to do that.
Also, as far as energy drinks go, Red Bull is actually pretty light on the caffeine. You should compare that 12oz with a cup of coffee. The thing is, it boosts you through other sources, like b-vitamins and taurine.
2:29 tomatoes are poisonous to dogs 😢
Heard recently, the movie solely was made to boost the supplement industry. 🤷🏾♂️
wtf are they giving joe
Lsd made in china
Cocaine with Percocet...!???
I used Genius Mushrooms, they're actually pretty good.
Just take a half of Adderal, gives the same effect lol
Cant get it
What if half adderall makes you sleepy? Some people’s half is another’s whole
It isn't easy to buy it, though. that's the real unfair stuff. While others with connections and money find a way to have it, others can't...
@@heloisaduarte4745 I found/finding alternatives. There’s so many restrictions and then you’re just taking an actual manufactured drug. I figured there had to be natural alternatives and then I also figured that maybe my mind racing is a good thing. Maybe I should be writing things down more or doing things I actually enjoy or working out more to expend that extra energy. All these seem to be working for me
Been on adderal for 7 or 8 years? I think? Anyways, when i first started taking it - it was amazing. Those amazing feelings continued for about 2 years. Ever since then, its been mediocre at best. Most days it gives me just enough of a boost to get my work done etc. Some days i get a couple hours of real focus increase and a substantial yet short lived energy increase but ya.. mostly its pretty "mid". Sadly.
So instead of 45 or 60 mgs i started taking 30 mg. Because there wasnt much difference. Plus after about 6 to 8 hours being on it - my heart rate while resting is usually too high. And sleeplessness becomes an issue as well. Especially if i didnt do enough to work my body, like exercise or having a busier day etc.
The point is that addy is not "all that," unfortunately. It may start out like this insane life hack. But, your brain and body adjusts overtime and you end up getting the short end of the stick.
Sorry for the rant, thats just my 2 cents 😅
trying one dose for one afternoon each wow great test.
Best way to optimize your focus, concentration, and mood is to optimize your diet. Eat healthy. Don't eat any processed foods. Eat foods that give you a good roundabout diet. Eat foods high in L-phenylalanine and L-tryptophan. Also, you need to optimize your stomach health, gut biome. Plenty of healthy bacteria introduced to your gut with a good regular intake of fiber to help feed those gut biome bacterias. And do exercises to optimize your brain neuron developments, neurogenesis, neuroplasticity. To utilize the processing breakdown of nutrients, your stomach will provide with processing L-phenylalanine into dopamine for focus. And it will process the L-tryptophan into serotonin and melatonin. Serotonin for mood. Melatonin for good healthy sleep. This is how I achieve my optimal performance in the most optimal way.
Why put links to Brain Booster and Red Bull when we already know where to buy this stuff. We want the link to the modafinil
Only by prescription dude
Be very careful with some of the nootropics if you buy them. There are a few safety standards to look for because a lot of manufacturers will miss the heavy metal put in that foreign groups put into them once they know they can get rid of the material.
