I heard "kinda" "sorta" "gotcha" all the time, but I rarely heard "tryna", I mean maybe I did but I didn't notice, actually it does make sense, it's sorta something similar to "gonna", just that I didn't really realize when people use it.
Language learners often find some "pretty similar pronunciations" that native speakers would never find, for example, if you're learning Chinese, you might think 坐姿 vs. 桌子，买 vs. 卖，音箱 vs. 影响 are literally the same, but to Chinese native speakers, they are just completely different, and that's the thing, you get what I mean?
Next time I'll teach you 'whataya'...any others you wanna know?

其实准确的来说汉语没有连读。
英语有连读，而且会鼓励连读，如果你不会，就说明你英语不够好。
汉语不是这样，当然你会发现有些人说汉语很快，有些人说汉语像是在连读，其实这纯属个人习惯，在汉语里并不推荐，也不代表你要学习它证明你汉语好和地道。其实说标准的汉语才是真正被大家所羡慕的，这点可能跟英语正好完全相反。
其實很多外語，都有連讀，或省音，弱讀，法語，西班牙語，德語，或俄語。只是老師教錯讀音，誤人子弟，唉！

这是常见的，把t给省去了，记住就可以，类似于happy中p就发b的音，给浊化了
