  • Nom Se Soy is a Cambodian dessert. It has the filling which made from shredded coconut and black and white sesame seeds. The outer part of the cake is soft and chewy. It will be serve with thick coconut cream sauce.
    Ingredients:
    ✔The outer part
    2cup [260g] Glutinous Rice Flour
    6 Pandan Leaves
    1cup [250ml] Water
    ✔The fillings
    1Tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
    1Tbsp White Sesame Seeds
    2oz [50g] Palm Sugar
    7oz [200g] Shredded Coconut
    About ¼cup [50ml] Water
    A Pinch of Salt
    ✔Thick Coconut Cream Sauce
    2cup [500ml] Coconut Milk
    4Tbsp [35g] Rice Flour
    4Tbsp [50g] Sugar
    ½tsp Salt
