I don’t have the “L” version but the F Sport has the digital dash. The seats literally hug you and so easy to drive. Safe. It can be tight once you throw all the things in the car w/ a day out with kids though!
I have a 2014 Lexus RX, which I love (so comfortable and nice to drive), and I think that a lot of reviewers don't really get that one of the biggest appeals of the RX is the fantastic reliability! I don't need all the tech bells and whistles or the sportiness of a German car, and I plan to drive my SUV as loooong as possible and want to have very few problems. They hold their value so well, too! I will admit I do love the sunglass holder in the 2022. I don't have one, and it's so annoying. We're planning to replace my husband's car with a 3-row SUV or minivan (for road trips or hauling extra kiddos to activities -- 95% of the time my RX is plenty big), and maybe the RX350L will be the way to go, since we already love my RX so much.
Seems like this is a great option for someone who wants the extra space and third row but doesn’t need to use the third row on a daily basis? Can you review a Mercedes GLS soon? Preferably with captains chairs? :)
Hi Kelly! I love your videos and I hope this is taken positively but is there any way to maybe add some sort of lighting attachment on your camera to improve the lighting quality throughout the video? Like a ring light for your camera lol I just have noticed in videos the lighting doesn't adjust adequately for some shots like getting into the third row, the back of the car/trunk space shots, looking into the glove box and sometimes the infotainment. I know your filming locations vary a lot so I know you have to kind of roll with the punches but if its possible maybe even for the shots inside the car I think it would make a world of a difference, especially when doing darker interiors!
We had to say goodbye to a 2019 Highlander Hybrid Platinum (bought in AZ, other side of valley from Earnhardt), a bit of a lemon. No one in our new city could figure it out. We traded for a 2022 RX350 Nav package, with this same color interior. It just brightens the interior, and I love the bamboo wheel. Especially next to the blue exterior. I gave up fuel efficiency, panoramic sunroof, 360 camera, sunshades for rear windows, rear seat climate control. This car has less blind spots for me. The V6 can be a little clunky on faster acceleration from a stop, but transitions at high speeds are smooth. I’ve been driving Hybrids for years, so I’m adjusting! I don’t care about having digital everything, and I love the analog clock. All of the materials are so luxe, and although it’s built on the Highlander platform, the ride is distinctively different. The heated steering wheel works great. The third row in any of these vehicles is for short rides at best, and we did get car seats in the 3rd row of the Highlander. Once. The Lexus seats are insanely comfortable. We just did a 700 mile road trip. Great cargo space. But back in the day, we had two kids under two with a 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE and a 2008 RAV4 with rear facing seats and two strollers. You don’t have to spend $50k and up to make things work. It was an unplanned upgrade, but not a disappointing one, and the Lexus service is phenomenal.
I had a 2016 rx350 with a full leather/leatherette steering wheel and the heated function only worked at 10 & 2 😂 it was annoying, I usually drive 4&7 in non-inclement weather. Still one of the most comfortable driving cars I’ve owned
I’ve never seen a review video done inside a building. The lighting is terrible! And FYI - I think the black, brown, or tan seats will work better if you have children (or adults 😂) that are likely to make a mess. But great information about the space. Thanks -just what I was looking for!
Nice one, you genuinely are trying to show how dire things of the countries and it's citizens. Economically and other aspects. At this time the future doesn't look good. First thing. About solving a problem is to acknowledge it. It's doesn't look like the media wants to do , I hope your channel expand and bring awareness and opportunity to people. ❤️
When it comes to the world of investing, most people don't know where to start.fortunately, great investors of the past and present can provide us with guidance
Same here, I made $12,400 profits on investing since I started trading with Mrs Freddie martha her trading strategies are too notch am winning consistently trading with Mrs Fraddie martha. She really the best broker in UK right now, I've made a lot of profit investing with her.
After watching so many RUclips tutorial videos about trading I was still making losses until Ms Martha started managing my investment now, I make $6,800 weekly. God bless Ms Freddie martha . She has been a blessing to me and my family.
LX and GX are Tundra based and have solid rear axles and are off-road plus heavy towing capable. The RX is a Camry front-wheel drive based vehicle with independent rear suspension which allows more room for 3rd row passengers particularly foot room. No knees to the chest. Different horses for different courses.
Yes! I’m so glad you reviewed this. I’ve been eyeing this one for a while but wanted to wait until it was The Car Mom Approved. Definitely will be getting this now.
Yassss mama! Thank you for thee perfect review. Stopped by Lexus tonight to look for something my 9-month old and I can upgrade to. Driving the IS250 and she’s tight when we pack all our baby gear. Surprised to hear about the L version. Happy I found your channel - your reviews are what I need. 👏
The garbage "thing" with Lexus is that even with the luxury package, you still have to pay extra to add features. We have an NX350h on order with the premium package and you have to add on features like a windshield wiper de-icer. Just make the features standard, especially in a 50k+ car.
Good demo. Third rows are pretty much useless in a car this size. Good to have in case you do need for an extra body or two but not on a regular basis. Does give you nice extra trunk space. I have a '21 Cadillac xt5 and the specs on the RX 350L is just a few inches longer so that tells me the 3rd row is tight. But a nice vehicle. I would have considered a Lexus but no dealership in my smallish town. Oh well....
Yes this is what I have. I also wish it had a digital dash and a button inside the car to open the gas tank cover. Also wish it showed how many miles I could drive on the gas that’s in my tank. These features were all in my Hyundai but not my Lexus 😢
Another great review, Kelly! We love to see it! Could you try putting one of those kid wagon things in trunks? We actually like maneuvering the wagon better than the uppa baby vista with 2 kids.
I had the standard one back in 2017 and wished I sprung for the f version. For that digital dash and red seats. But we ended up trading it for a Tundra for the extra room. Even tho the tundra is more expensive all around. Insurance wise, price, registration and definitely gas wise.
I'm sure this car has an engine as well. Could you comment on it? Hybrid, electric, turbo-anything? Otherwise good review, thanks. I didn't know there was an L version which explains decent interior space. This Lexus along with the entire Toyota line up seems very outdated. To me this seems like the Toyota way of offering me to spend 20K more over many alternatives that are comparable or better vehicles.
We just took this car (my MIL’s) on our trip and we got 7 in there one being my 2year old in her rear facing car seat🤣🤣. It was like a clown car especially in that 3rd row
I have a family of 5 me my husband 3 kids ages 10 4 and 3months, I wanted a Lexus so bad but it’s just not very family friendly for us and the bigger ones are way to outdated compared to other mid sized suvs and I’m too cool for a mini van hahaha
This thing was an expensive dinosaur when it first came out. Lexus has done nothing to make it competitive since then. Shame on you Toyo/Lexus people. This one and the GX are head scratchers to me.
Don’t be fooled. Lexus do not have a third row. If Lexus wanna call that vehicle a third row seating then they need to add 14 inches to the lymphom the vehicle and the back portion where her head was located need to be 7 inches higher. You will be a fool to spend all that money on this vehicle. You don’t even have enough chargers in the vehicle nor do you have any 110 V outlets. This vehicle is overpriced
Haha Kelly, you’re spicy during this video and you know what? I’m 👏🏼 here 👏🏼 for 👏🏼 it!👏🏼
Used to be one of the best things about the Lexus RX was it was all included and they didn’t nickel and dime you. Hope it improves for 2023.
Love the reviews, keep up the energy and your absolute candor!!

Reliability cannot be reviewed. That's why all the Toyota/lexus vehicles are so so reviewed but loved by long term holders.
It's a Japanese car( Toyota/Lexus)
Seems like this is a great option for someone who wants the extra space and third row but doesn’t need to use the third row on a daily basis?
Can you review a Mercedes GLS soon? Preferably with captains chairs? :)
With gas hopping over $4.5 / gal on average we need more gas guzzlers
“You know what you can put here? Snacks.” 😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

need that 3rd row ( & ventilated) for our 2 small dogs 🐶
Beautiful car, beautiful mom! Thanks for the vid! Great info!
Also mention the gaping blind spot in rear quarter - terrific mini window

Unfortunetaly, these RX350L built in Canadá didnt have rear sunshades.
But all the RX350L made in Japan have.
Loved this review! Your expressions are always perfect. Love it!
She is back there looking at the back thinking "why does this look so familiar?"......Highlander. A Highlander is why it looks so familiar. Haha!
Came here for the trunk and man, was I surprised!

Please review Toyota Sequoia 2021 if you can. Deciding between sequoia vs minivan.
Almost got this car and opted for the Atlas Cross sport instead

The trunk space of the full size drives me insane! How is this so much larger?!
I know right?
That’s what I Love about it
Lexus is always behind it seems like. Although again, just thankful they’ve moved to touch screen infotainment.
Can you review the 2023 sequoia capstone, please?
Lexus - please just produce a minivan Finally! You are already capable of that in Asian markets. The packaging of SUV for hauling 7 people is horrid.
no babe , a digital dash is total bullshit and awful to read in summer !! These analog gauges are doing so much better !!!
Another great review, Kelly! We love to see it! Could you try putting one of those kid wagon things in trunks? We actually like maneuvering the wagon better than the uppa baby vista with 2 kids.
I have an evenflo pivot wagon and agree! Would love to see it wagons are replacing strollers lately it seems
Yes please! I have a Wagonfold W4 and I want to know if it’ll fit in the truck
Which one is more comfortable in the 3rd row, the Mitsubishi Outlander or this Lexus?

I love the RX, I have one 2021
I don't like fact that spare tire is underneath car and not in same area that Jack is in--the standard 350 has it's tire inside with jack stand...
Sunglass holder so important!!
entertaining review, Kelly
RX and nx 👍👍
“Killer whale “ that was hysterical

This is unibody vehicle
Other big suv's like gx and LX are body on frame so no much spaces but they are durable, tough and more reliable

Can you go back to using your larger car seats? Graco is the smallest. Nuna, peg perego, uppa are larger and require more space.
I choose to use the smallest bc if anything is going to work I want to show that!
Would love to see some Subaru! The Outback V forester is interesting as goal 2 car seat family. The 2022 wilderness edition got me like 🥵😍
We just took this car (my MIL’s) on our trip and we got 7 in there one being my 2year old in her rear facing car seat🤣🤣. It was like a clown car especially in that 3rd row
We want to see the 2022 Toyota Sequoia please!

Hi, is the middle seat in the second row removal? Thanks 😊
This is the exact moment I cried. Why can Lexus not just take the Highlander and soup it up a bit and sell it as a 350L?

Excellent car but most walk straight over to Toyota and buy the Highlander Platinum.
not wood, bomboo
Do a Buick Enclave!!
spindle grill is good. I like big dumb grills. it's the lift kit for dads driving mommy cars. (i have a tiguan)
Can you put all seats down and lay flat in back for nap?
Can you do a 2015-2020 Tahoe model or Yukon? I’m looking at getting one but they are pricey

This vehicle is not only overpriced but it’s also not a third row. It should not be called a third row so there’s no need for the L at all.
