I mean, just like the Fightcade example, you can emulate any VF game in-theory. But that won't necessarily have online unless the emulator supports or is retrofitted with a lobby/matchmaking system
Idk exactly where PS4 emulation is - as in: how developed it is rn compared to emulation of older consoles on PC.
