There is no specific book actually. Everything you will be taught while you are studying till your final year. And then during practice you will know it's clinical treatments. If there would be a book then everyone will be doctors by themselves without a degree 😅

agar paracetamol se v fever thik na ho tab kya karna h sir. 5 din se merathik nahi ho raha 🤢
Test for Malaria, Scrub Typhus and Dengue. Do a CBC test. Then show the reports to a Doctor. U'll be treated accordingly and will be well soon
