Girlllll, when I was pregnant with my son, at 17. I ate menudo out of the can and woke up in the middle of the night with the worst pain ever in my stomach. It woke me outa my sleep, and I was crying. My BD's mom said I was having contractions and I rushed to the hospital. I was like 23 weeks. Everyone was crying because I thought I would lose the baby. Got to the hospital and they hooked me all up to monitor the baby and they said there were no contractions. 20 min later I used the restroom and the pain went away lol 😂 my family will never let me live it down. We thought I was in labor and I just had diarrhea 😂

My Last pregnancy was also high risk and I would see 4 different doctors. I would get an ultrasound every 4 weeks but it made me feel comfortable to know that my baby was doing good. They would check every single organ and measure everything and everything was good. You and your baby will be all good..in the name of God!
OVER HERE IN CALIFORNIA IN MY HIGHT RISK PREGNANCYS I GOT AN ULTRASOUND 1 time a week threw out my whole pregnancy..so I was really blessed!!AND IT WAS JUST BECAUSE MY PAST WAS A SEIZURE DISORDER THAT INWAS CLEARED ALONG TIME AGO FROM .
Same here. High risk, frequent checks, but peace of mind at the end of the day knowing baby was doing fine.
@@adriandejesus4473 I'm in California too. I would have to take a 1 hour drive for my ultrasound every 4 weeks but it was worth it my baby is healthy and about to be 1 !
@@karissaurbano9279 mine was 1 visit every week ultrasound and my appts were only 30minutes away and all ultrasounds were 3d pictures

Glad everything is going well, yes I know that feeling going into the dr for something that is nada Que ver but I had this one dr once that told me nothing is dumb only you know your body no stupid question exists if it’s important to you. I was recently diagnosed with IBD (chrons) in November!! I had to do all the yucky tests and colonoscopy too… I feel you girl! It sucks having it so young but I found some comfort in knowing you have it too :)
I’m in the same boat as you. 😔 I was diagnosed with UC when I was 22. It just sucks knowing that there’s no cure and I’ll be on medication for the rest of my life
I was diagnosed with uc a yr ago and ever since then I cannot go into remission. What do you guys eat or do for the flare to go away. Idk what to do or eat anymore.

Both of my pregnancies were high risk. At little comfort it is-try not to stress, it’ll only make your state of mind worse. Just remember everything is done to help you and you baby!

Don’t ever feel dumb for going in for “nothing” it’s always better to be safe than sorry ! 💗 I can’t explain how many times I went into the hospital with both my pregnancy’s when I felt like something was off & they reinsured me everything was fine 🥹😂

I had the same unbearable pain and symptoms for months. Went to many er visits thinking I had IBD aswell turns out it was my gallbladder! Got it removed and feel so much better unless I eat chili or dairy I get flares. Check your gallbladder just to rule it out because that causes pain to the right side of the back aswell. Feel better girl, baby girl & baby G need a healthy strong mama ❤️
Oh my goddess this is me rn !!! Worst pain ever ! I have yet to get mines out but I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant and I notice flares when eating certain foods so I just avoid them at all costs 🙅🏻♀️
I have gallstones wasn’t able to get it out during pregnancy and I got so many flare ups it calmed down after and I notice I get the pain after certain foods especially pizza I’m now pregnant and scared to go through the flare ups again

For the people in the comments that are confused, Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are NOT the same IBD is more severe it can be dangerous if people leave it untreated due to inflammation and blood loss it’s a serious disease that isn’t really talked about. The pain and diarrea can not go away with just over the counter meds. It’s a life long disease that currently doesn’t have a cure.

Thanks for pointing that out. You’re right. I have Ulcerative Colitis, and though it’s not too severe, I’ve had points in my life where my flares have caused drastic changes in my body

@@arredondoana56 Sorry about your diagnosis. It can sometime prove challenging to get into remission when you’re first diagnosed, so I understand. 😔 I get a Renflexis infusion every six weeks and it works really well for me. Also, I use the occasional suppository. I may get flares here and there when I’m due for my next infusion, but nothing drastic and no pain. If you can’t get an infusion right now, I would suggest eliminating certain foods from your diet and then slowly reintroducing them to see which ones tend to irritate your UC more.

Girl ugh stomach issues are the worst! I also have issues and I’ve had flares literally daily it’s so hard to leave the house. It makes me wanna stay home. I hate it. I take medicine but I’ve been on it for like two years now and it’s like my body is used to it :( I’ve also had a colonoscopy and they didn’t say IBD but I have some sorta something idk but it sucks. Omg 😳 I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) 2 years ago and symptoms are very similar. Same here had stool test, endoscopy, colonoscopy, blood work to finally get a diagnosis. I lost a lot of weight until I was able to control it and figure out my trigger foods. I get flare ups but not as frequent. I sympathize with you, can’t imagine how difficult it must be with your pregnancy. Hope you get minimal to no flare ups through the rest of your pregnancy. Stay safe beautiful! Helpful hint try to keep a journal to figure out your trigger foods, that helped me tremendously. Blessings and prayers for you 🥰🙏🏼😘

I have a feeling I have something similar. It started during my pregnancy and in postpartum. Did you experience this from pregnancy?. I should get checked for sure- I feel like what I ate during pregnancy triggered one flare and now my stomach is delicate.
@@monic4244 , my IBS actually came after a diagnosis of a H pylori. After antibiotics treatment and eradicating the bacteria my gastrointestinal issues continued. Ever since my digestive system never normalized and after a lot of tests I was diagnosed with IBS. I also learned that stress makes it worst. Stay safe hope you find an answer to your gastrointestinal issues, once you have a diagnosis you’ll be able to manage it.

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (IBD) back when I was 12 and it was so severe for me. What triggers my flares were spicy, raw veggies, and caffeine. I'm glad they found the cause soon and are helping out. Keeping you in my prayers 🙏

@@nancyalvarez731 IBD and IBS are a bit different IBD (inflammatory Bowl Disease) is more like an autoimmune condition that cause Crohn disease or Ulcerative Colitis while IBS ( Irritable Bowl Syndrome) is more of a digestive problems and gut sensitivity thing hopefully that makes sense lol

I SHOULDVE GONE TO THE HOAPITAL AFTER WAKUNG FROM THAT DREAM. SADLY MY DREAM TURNED INTO A REAL NIGHTMARR. 😢👼 💙

Remember, you are what you eat. If you eat nothing but shit like hot Cheetos and pica pica you’ll keep feeling like shit. Take accountability and have self control.. at least while pregnant. I’m sure flying and going to pool parties in Vegas don’t help out the body either. Listen to your body and pretend Gael is sick if THAT is what it takes for you to care of him and not Alex’s parents.
