Not really... in the long run it's a waste of money on hotels too... besides they can always use it as an airbnb and it becomes an investment as well
@@aisi2121depends how many times they come to LA and spend on hotels. It all depends on the apartment if they allow that. So definitely can be an investment if they find the right management company.
