Thank you, Joe and Gabe, for recognizing that food addiction is the hardest to beat. I had to beat a 35 year food addiction and now I am lighter, healthier, and I am able to avoid things now that I never could before. Thank you!
Gabriel Iglesias comedy origins just shows that you have to work hard for everything. Nothing in life is gonna come easy or for free. It takes a toll and sacrifice. Thats life. Thats what made him one if the funniest Latino comedians.
Just got here. I appreciated this whole conversation. It was nice seeing "Mr not so fluffy anymore" Iglesias in his natural environment. Yall talked like old friends.
Discovered fluffy back in college like 2002 on our local spanish channel Que Locos. They'd show his ice house shows. I only had 4 channels on our college TV
I saw him for the first time at Riverwind Casino in Norman, OK this past July, he was absolutely great; one of the employees was saying it was the first time in a long time that people were piling in the theater well before showtime. I will see him again in April in OKC at Paycom Arena. Super excited.
I love Gabriel i met him at south coast plaza mall. I asked him for a picture i was so exctitared to meet him. I was gona give him a handshake. Instead he gave me a Big hug. He is just so great wow
I actually SAW a Hellcat minivan 2 nights ago in a parking lot. I had to walk around it because it LOOKED like a charger on the front and back but was a van. Crazy.
Two of my favorite comics/car guys. Yall need to look into my dream car the Equus Bass 770. Gabe took my fiancee and seen you in Dallas. Joe I gotta come to see you at the mothership. I live a hour away. Love you guys. Stay classy
Once again Rogan is a 🐐for saying what is the truth not misinformation or scripted or any other type of edited and or monitored information that has engulfed our country and world. Great podcast
So listening to this without watching it.. and i hear fluffy speaking and i am like wait how old his this.. that sounds like young fluffy... And its recent.. he sounds so like young fluffy..
That is because he isn't a habitual binge drinker or a heavy smoker... smoking and drinking takes a toll on the vocal cords, I would know.... I used to have damn near a full 4 octave range, but my drinking and smoking heavy in my 20s dropped me to a 2 and a half octave range...
i remember that i found Gabriel on iTune´s then i had a little iPod with a super small screen on it was like 2006-2007, sitting on the bus on my way to work in Stockholm, Sweden.
Another nice thing about those older cars is so many had a manual transmission. So satisfying driving them. I don't think you can get manual in th US now unless you special order it.
Been there, mate... All it takes is one shite-arse boss giving a bad reference when called (right or wrong!) and you are damned-near permanently behind the 8-ball.
@@Ben-n5d IMO, leaving out part of your employment history is a good idea... A simple Google search can turn up a lot on someone these days, and it's a bad look if a potential employer finds what you left off- it's a lie of omission, after all. When I ran into the problem, I just started writing "DO NOT CONTACT" in bold letters under that entry. Potential employers always ask why, and I tell them, "We parted on bad terms." If they push for details (which often happens) I simply say I don't disparage former employers- something along the lines of, "If you can't say something nice, say nothing at all." You get to retain the moral high ground; and most people take the unspoken hint that, if you won't dish dirt on that employer, you won't dish dirt on THEM, either.
People don't need food stamps or government assistance, they need affordable housing and a job that pays enough and for the dollar to not depreciate more every single day. Everyone talking about homeless people like they want to be in that position. ask yourself how much pain someone must be in after losing their home, their pets and everything they work hard for their entire life, to resort to doing drugs.....
1:54:58 Mythbusters found this out YEARS ago with evidence. They hooked plants up to cardiagrams or eeg machines, can't remember which. And found out that not only do plants have a noticeable reaction on the readout to being hit, but can also tell other plants they were hit and those other plants show signs on a readout of preparing to be hit as well. They even removed the possible false positive of the hit creating the spike on the readout by just THANKING of hitting the plant from outside the room they had the plant in, and it still spiked as if the plant got hit! This was in like, 2008! I'm binge-rewatching Mythbusters but I can't remember the exact season or episode, though. I think it's somewhere in season 3.
2:26:25 I heard that story in the backseat of my dads car and I still remember asking him if he could turn the FM radio volume up course it really did sound like a broadcast and it was even in my native language so it was Really strange to listen too .... we also didn't see anything going on outside what was also very ODD ! The story and it's impact in telling was TOP NODGE for sure. Internet ... what internet hahahaha

Long time fan, i love how Fluffys face lights up as he talks about his craft.
Gabe is so humble and truthful. I'm a newer fan of his work but a loyal one. Fantastic podcast!
The days of the midget or MGA is another bygone era
I love how soft spoken the conversation is, just two guys talking shop. Gabriel is naturally funny but he’s not trying to be “on”. Great interview!
Gabriel Iglesias comedy origins just shows that you have to work hard for everything. Nothing in life is gonna come easy or for free. It takes a toll and sacrifice. Thats life. Thats what made him one if the funniest Latino comedians.

I do like him alot, but his stand-up live was, meh
HE IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS AS A HUMAN!!!
He’s great but there’s so many other greats out there, if you think Gabe is the best you need to expand your comedy knowledge
Gabriel wearing a Godzilla shirt makes me respect him even more than I already did.
Just got here. I appreciated this whole conversation.
It was nice seeing "Mr not so fluffy anymore" Iglesias in his natural environment. Yall talked like old friends.

So thankful I clicked on his RUclips videos back in 2009!! God bless you Fluffy
Fluffy is like when is this podcast going to end 😂😂😂
Any chance you can get Jeff duhnham on the podcast? Dude was comedy gold in his prime.
We always want good people succeed, was fun watching him become so popular.
Jay Leno slept in the backseat of his Buick Road Master in Open Houses.
Is amazing the amount of information that Joe is able to keep on his head
If only some of it could reach his mouth. It gets fizzled and comes out as absolute bullsh*t.
Imagine being so good you fill Dodgers Stadium!!!
Imagine paying that 100K fine for going over time😮😮😮
The highways during covid were crazy empty. It was very eerie. Glad Joe has a Tesla. My Uncle was a tech writer for the model 3.
He is a genuine entertainer, and I believe a real person
I saw him at a bar in the Gas Lamp district in San Diego in early 2001 BEFORE he was "Fluffy."
Two of my favorite comics/car guys. Yall need to look into my dream car the Equus Bass 770. Gabe took my fiancee and seen you in Dallas. Joe I gotta come to see you at the mothership. I live a hour away. Love you guys. Stay classy

Another nice thing about those older cars is so many had a manual transmission. So satisfying driving them. I don't think you can get manual in th US now unless you special order it.
I find it hilarious how going back to your job is so socially normal, I can’t get a job for the life of me
Been there, mate... All it takes is one shite-arse boss giving a bad reference when called (right or wrong!) and you are damned-near permanently behind the 8-ball.
@@Nathan_Talisien I can’t be doing all that should I just start a blank resume lol

Agreed if you put a serious engine and transmission into a transmission, you need some wide rear tires that lay down some tread.
Joe might be thinking about the 61 Econoline, where the engine is inside the van.

He’s so soft spoken
I think that’s why they call him Fluffy cause he’s big but soft
