    There is more than a passing resemblance to “living action” in the section you quote from Hadot and the perspective that Matthew B. Crawford develops in *Why We Drive* (and presumably also in *The World Beyond Your Head* but I haven't read that one yet).

    Good day Doctor, sorry if the question is stupid.
    Is it not contradictory Kierkegard philosophy , with his core confepts of angst and freedom with him being a protestant priest , given that if I am not mistaken Luther denies free will,?
    Sorry for any mistake I night have made in spelling grammar or even philosophical concepts I night have made.

      You can. But you do realize Kierkegaard isn't a "Protestant priest", and it really doesn't matter what Luther thinks as far as Kierkegaard's own philosophy goes
