Second Stimulus check update as of Monday December 21, 2020.
The New Omnibus and Covid Relief (Stimulus Check) Package includes the following:
-$600 stimulus checks to adults.
-$600 stimulus checks to child dependents.
-$75,000 single filers phase out for checks / $150,000 married filing jointly phase out (reduces $5 per $100 extra you make).
-No cap on dependents.
-Stimulus checks will come as soon as December 28, 2020 (per Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin).
-$300/wk Unemployment (11 week extension for all unemployment including PUA).

The information about child support is incorrect. In fact, the page you reference literally says the opposite of what you claim it does in the video. Per the House Committee on Ways and Means, this round of rebates is not subject to offset for overdue child support. Gotta get the facts right, man. Great video otherwise.
Please show and elaborate I'm trying to figure out there are conflicting story's. Have been trying to figure out since this passed around late last night..

6 6428A(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as

13 (B) subject to reduction or offset pursuant
14 to subsection (c), (d), (e), or (f) of section 6402
15 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986
^^^ "Shall not be--" ... "(B) subject to reduction or offset pursuant to subsection (c)"
Subsection (c) of section 6402 of the IRC gives legal justification for your tax return to be offset. The rebate is essentially an advance on your tax return for the year and the CARES Act specifically stated that there wasn't an exception to offset the $1,200 stimulus checks from earlier in the year. That is not the case this time around. There's a lot of misinformation going around.

I think its the same as the cares act. If you go on the bill’s text and turn to page 1988 you will see the section on garnishment of stimulus checks. If you cant find the bill, its in one of my videos where i break down the bill with page numbers
