I'm not into exercise and sports but it's useful to me specially the notifications and it also monitors my sleep

But Huawei Band 7 and Band 8 look almost the same. I like the small screen because it's a fitness bracelet not a smartwatch.

Band 7 has a thicker so it will mark on your skin the band 8 is thiner a lot of new stuff and way more comfortable
