The ark gods were with me yesterday when I got mine; I forgot to restock my darts and only had like 5. Lvl 180 sarco attacks, i hop on a rock and get it in the head a few times. Then my wifi drops and i lose connection, respawn off the rock right next to the sarco. I run and it goes on pursuit, only to be stuck behind a tiny little tree. I realized right before this i got a supply drop with some tranq arrows. Luckily i had my bow and popped it the head a few times and got it down. Somehow it all worked out when everything was not going my way.
just found your channel and it’s pretty great man. weird how the most annoying ark youtubers have the best numbers, where the smaller creators tend to have the better content. keep up the good work, it’ll pay off i’m sure :)
These kept popping up at my base. They were a minor inconvenience so i just decided to tame some since a few of them had pretty colors. Again a great tutorial! Thank you!
Imma say one thing is that your channal is the best , some ark videos are abit confusing and they don't rlly explain what rlly to do. But your videos are so good and I learn alot from them
i have a different way i get these guys as first tames so go to the back legs and hit them because they are so long they cant hit you so punch their back legs or in the stomach but the stomach is more dangerous then keep punching its back legs untill its down
@Eightgates yea man they can take awhile after playing ark I realize it's a really chill pve game with one to do And the game can humble you really quick if you get cocky I'm guilty, lolol 😅 especially underwater I think I'm king of the king only to get my squad killed by jellies
I knocked it out with my bare hands then tamed it i mean i did die 2 times though.But now im very very happy with my sarco and i recently got a iguanodon and a castaroid thing too.but best of all my carno+tek rex
In some way I am glad like sharks don't jump out of the water then other things like that in the game like real life whereas I would crap my pants like nothing
When I was a noob (I still majorly am with no base and fleeing every time I get a drink) one came out of the water and charged at me. I couldn’t run from my stamina so I panicked and attacked it. But when I had more stamina I fled. And now that’s why I rush to get a drink of water! (Also please leave tips I am extremely noob and I need help. When everyone talks about their base and how easily they can tame stuff like this it makes me jealous lol)
im super pissed i had 2 tamed sacos put them both in a cryo pods put them in a wooden chest took a stego egg both attacked and destroyed a the wooden chest

The first tame I ever had, it was cought between 2 trees slowly running in place.
It was love at first tranq.

I would suggest taming an icthyornis to get prime fish meat. You can get them very early on even with a bola and wooden club
Do you think 100+ tranq arrows can take down a spinosaurus lvl 5 (i was prepping for a lvl 4 - 5 therizinosaurus)

I easily struck down a theriz with tranqs but as soon as i saw how long it took to tame it especially since i had no kibble i just killed it

ngl sarcos are ez to tame get a BUNCH OF meats and necros aand some tranq arrows it only need like 12 of em

Question, kinda lost my tames to an alpha raptor, but if I have tranq arrows, and any meat?, will I be able to tame a low level sarco?

Problem is it’s so difficult to tame in the swamps because of titanaboa knocks u out after one bite

Easiest way to tame a sarco: 3-6 tranqs and 120 raw meat.
