    Scotty the more I watch your vids the more I realize how useful the Mityvac is. That's it...I'm ordering one

      It really is a must have if you do a lot of 2 stroke work. Pretty handy for bleeding brakes too!

    Great video. I like the off the top of your head information. Yep I listened to it run.

      Thanks. Those voice overs are a one and done production. Rarely do I retake them and I never have a script. Sometimes I look back and think I could have added things but this is not a "job" and I do it because I like it.

    Thanks for another awesome video Scott!
    After watching the T 435 video from a few days ago I came across a nice used Echo cs300.
    Used it today and really like it.

    In your experience, is there a service life difference or reliability difference between the OEM type "rubber" fuel lines and the common Tygon bulk fuel line?

    • @TheGreasyShopRag
      @TheGreasyShopRag  10 месяцев назад +2

      Its hard to say. Tygon gets hard and brittle while rubber gets soft and deteriorates. The Echo rubber fuel line is my favorite.

    What tool do you use to test if the fuel line/carb holds pressure?

    • @TheGreasyShopRag
      @TheGreasyShopRag  10 месяцев назад +1

      MityVac MV8500. Not cheap but a pretty nice tool.

      I use the Mityvac MV8500. Its a decent tool that can be rebuilt.

    Watched a bunch of these videos and was just starting to think- why bother pressure testing the fuel line, never once has he encountered a leak there. Oh. this is why!

    Have a week old 460 that high revs and now won't start without choke on and stay running. Any ideas
