RUclips doesn't like my channel because I take way too long to upload videos thus they cripple my reach, about your SFMs don't worry because you will improve it over time, there is a lot of stuff I make that doesn't make the cut to the channel (thus months between videos and why there is a huge leap of quality from them). Other than practicing, I'd recommend the book Animators Survival Kit (Not sponsored, haha I wish...) and watching a lot of old school cartoons such as first era Hanna-Barbera's Tom & Jerry, the works of Don Bluth, Richard Williams, Bruce Timm's DC cartoons and Genndy Tartakovsky, despite most being 2D the same principles can be applied to 3D.
