one thing that helps me with all my tricks is to kihap(yell) during either the takeoff or the actual kick part. I dunno why it helps but it sure works for me.

if you watch some other movies, they say that xma is purley for excersize and self confidence, so no it'll never save u in a fight, but yeah it does help in real llife
well, some of the moves are martial arts. like the kicks and punches. and i doubt you could do all that without some training in martial arts first. xma is xtreme, so most of the pro's have been in a normal martial art school first
well the guy is good shape, have good conditioning and flexibility, i bet he spend hour and hour and hours a day to perform this routines perfectly. BUT, It would be better if he spend all that time developing REAL fighting skills. I don't know, i still don't like all this XMA thing
he is not good as terada,kim do,canonizado,etc,he didn't invent xma either,it could be traced back in old times that xma moves were already there,he considered the tony hawk of martial arts,he changed the game, we could be still in the boring martial arts moves if not for him, and you guys juz fuss all bout his moves, he is traditional,flash is trash without the basics..other Tricksters evolve his moves into their own and look up to him as a big bro,so if u not a real trickzter,SHUT UP!!!
