    i introduce this special meat, 'magret de canard.'
    it's a duck breast but it has an aroma of foie gras, which makes the meat more interesting.
    for the meat is an ingredient of south-west of France, i used the garnish and the sauce accordingly.
    orange gastrique sauce (sweet-sour sauce) and heavenly peach.
    if in your region, it's hard to find the magret,
    follow the recipe, using a normal duck breast.
    i really really really really recommend you to try this when you visit France,
    either you cook it in Airbnb, either you order it in a restaurant.
    i mention mart a lot so that many people experience the 'magret' but knowing that good 'magrets' are available at butcher's or at a foie gras shop.
