This tense thriller takes an unsuspecting young couple inside the world of black market organ transplants.
With two months to live, Allie Graves faces a four-year wait for the kidney transplant that will save her life. In desperation, they turn to James Dolan who charges recipients exorbitant fees, while harvesting organs from needy donors like Maria - a terrified Mexican teenager, who’ll give up a kidney to help her family get across the border. Allie catches a glimpse of Maria in the makeshift operating room they share inside a downtown hotel. And while Allie’s transplant is successful, she can’t stop thinking about the young woman who saved her life. But when the desperate young donor dies during the botched surgery, Allie’s heroic fight for justice is the only way she can repay her, even if that means jeopardizing her own family’s future.

My family were in the same situation,my mother need for kidney transplant way back 2005,fortunately and we were lucky that my kidney is 100%match with her. We are in 15 years doing great with my mom.

I dont go doctors check up..but i feel mu back pain and im reading about kidney problems..if i need a kidney transplant whos willing to help me and pay hospital bills

We need to make people aware that this really happens on a day to day basis. It’s so sad. This movie was very eye opening. More movies should be put out there like this.

Our family are all officially donors. I couldn't watch the rest of this movie as my son passed from a hemorrhagic stroke at 46 ys old. His heart, eyes and every other organ, bones, etc were useful. This did give us some comfort. Very important.

My deceased fiances kidney was given to a guy & they usually don't let the family know who got the organs but the guy keep asking to meet the family of the donor, it was a relationship that my fiances mother needed, they still talk to this day & visit.
I miss him so much & am happy somewhere multiple people lived thru his death.... GOD SAID THE BEST GIFT A PERSON CAN GIVE ANOTHER IS LIFE ❤️I AM A DONOR MYSELF & HAVE A SISTER THAT'S WAITING ON A KIDNEY DUE TO HER DIABETES SHES HAD FROM AROUND AGE 8, BLESSINGS TO ALL 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼❤️🌅

Human trafficking is a sickness and that must be stopped. Makes me sick and upset and one of the most unfairest things in the world. Especially for the families and the victims.😭
I believe that is what happened to the missing little girl in Tennessee, summer wells. The parents sold her kidney and she bled out. Then she was hidden. And big people are protecting the parents.

It reminds me of my father who passed away 2 years ago coz of kidney stones problem. He undergo many times dialysis until he give up 😢😭 I'm a papa's girl so still hurt and sad for me until now.

True, but imagine sacrificing your young daughter to get your family into the US or wherever. What kind of parents??!! Some people would sell anything and everything! No. It's the adults in that young daughter's family who are to blame mostly. If there are no illegal donors there cannot be takers.
When the doctor told her she got 2mnths to live..it reminded me of my favorite patient who died on my hands..And when the doctor broke the news to him that he got less than a month to live because of cancer it really got me Soo hard..Am Soo attached with my patients and I get Soo emotional knowing am nursing a patient who is counting days to die 💔😢

@@wouldntyouliketoknow873 Where is the source of that info? I am an RN and as far I know, that is BS. Someone who is a donor will be kept alive even if there is no chance of them surviving. The organ is harvested and then clinical death would ensue.

I am thanks God at my 👼 who donated me his kidney I was 20 years at hemodialisis and I am with my kidney transplant 2 years and 1/2 God is amazing pray for every body who is in hemodialisis and pray for this pandemic
Dont thank God. Thank the donor and the surgeon. God didn’t give a damn about all the people who died from kidney disease during the millions of years which passed before the second half of the 20th century.

This is one of the reasons that I am an organ donor. I know this happens in the real world and when a normally honest person is faced with losing someone they love, it can make him/her do the wrong thing. I encourage everyone to be an organ donor. WWJD?

Let me correct one thing, “..unless you have that would be WILLING to do this..” My neighbor worked in nephrology where transplant patients were cared for. You would be surprised some family members who are a match are NOT always willing.
So true, I was willing, but I was over weight at the time and they wouldn't consider me for donor, still wiling if someone needs a kidney

Terrific movie with real life and death issues well handled, much appreciated.
Tough situation going on in this movie, accidents happen and it's sad that many are not seeing it from this perspective. At the same time guiltiness would have ate the couple up and possibly be in deep problems if they didn't act.

My husband died on a kidney failure, we didn't know he was sick. We thought it was a simple atritis, but only four days he immediately died, it was happen last July 2020, it was very hard for me, I was totally devastated, up to now I was on a recovery period.
I am so sorry. But remember that "to be absent from the body means to be present with the Lord". Take comfort from that I am sure its hard. But im sure he's in a much better place and he is your angel right now.

Surround yourself with good friends. And its okay to mourn and cry, don't hold it. When you are in pain, Jesus is closer to you.
