The only complaint I have and its not even a big issue, in map editing mode, the combine and separate buttons are directly under my phones back arrow making it hard to save map edits.
My floors have never been this clean with so little effort on my part! Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine.❤
The physical assembly is easy, following very clear directions from a cheat sheet that is on the top of everything when you open the box. It took about 10 minutes, from start to finish, to assemble the base, the robot vac, and the stick vac/mop.
The combination of vacuuming and mopping in one device is a game changer. I can easily switch from vacuuming carpets to mopping hard floors without any hassle.
Open opening the product my first impressions were 10/10. It was very securely packed, the instructions were very clear, and it didn’t have all the unnecessary advertisements.
That said, everything works great and easy to set up, good suction, and so nice to have the auto suction work to make cleaning and maintenance very simple.
The app wasn't as good as Roborock and Eufy, but it still got the job done. Overall, this robot vacuum is great if you just want it to primarily vacuum.
The robot has a pop-off side brush for easy cleaning. No need for a screwdriver! And, I have yet to find a bundle of hair under it, like the Roomba seems to do after every few cycles.

I like this for the most part.... it took me forever to get the app working properly on my phone. It downloaded no problem but getting connected to the internet and the whole set up was not easy.
The Yeedi C12 Combo comes in all black except for some splashes of red, most notably the HEPA filters visible through the clear dustbins in the base station and stick vacuum, and the silver telescopic tube of the stick vacuum
On the bright side, the two accessory tools clip in nicely. And since the handheld portion of the stick vacuum isn't too heavy, using it to clean higher-up areas or upholstery is not fatiguing
Compact and great to have it all one area. Each piece works well and isn’t too loud. Cleans wonderfully, both vacuum and mopping abilities. Definitely worth it to buy.

the Yeedi C12 performs admirably, providing sufficient runtime to clean my entire home on a single charge. The charging dock is compact and easy to set up, and the robot reliably returns to its base when the battery is low.
As you can see the mop does get dirt off the floor, I like to send it several times to each room and a fully charged Yeedi can do a 1000sqft area (almost 1 hour) if it's hardwood but if it's carpet it will need to be recharged depending on the vacuum suction power it's set on and how many times you want it to go thru, 1X or 2X
The suction power is great, but the vacuum battery only use for half hour, which is fine for my occasional needs. I love that it can automatically empty its dust bin after cleaning.

The robot vacuum is where my review starts to fall short a little bit. It is not bad by any means and gets the job done; however, there are often times that it gets stuck, says the sensors are dirty after only a couple uses, gets caught on cords, etc
The stick vacuum is also pretty good which I also appreciate. And the mopping device which works behind the roller head on the stick makes it easy to vacuum and mop simultaneously

It’s not as loud as a roomba but it is still loud. Compared to other brands the price fits since it includes a normal vacuum as well. Makes cleaning the floor a dream with the mopping capabilities
This is the best thing I’ve ever owned!!!! not sure if you can see the name I gave the vacuum, but it’s “my best friend” lol 😂 My previous “downstairs” vacuum was amazing but my daughter moved and begged me for it.
Its suction power is impressive, effortlessly tackling dirt, debris, and pet hair on both carpets and hard floors. I was particularly skeptical about its ability to handle embedded dirt in my rugs, but it exceeded my expectations. Additionally, its quiet operation allows you to run it without disturbing your daily activities.
Also, quiet mode is not quiet enough at night. But the high traffic areas otherwise clean up well like the kitchen and breakfast nook. The auto cleaning feature is better than our old robot vacuum.
It can vacuum and mop at the same time! The noise during the cleaning is a big if I use the strongest mode but it is pretty quiet if I turn it to the low mode.
Excellent product for the price. First off, setup was incredibly easy. The app synced seamlessly with my phone, and I had it up and running in minutes.
Both the stick vacuum and robot vacuum auto-empty into the somewhat sizable base station, which has to be pretty big as it also cradles the handheld portion of the stick vacuum as well as hiding the accessory tools in a compartment below it.
Even though I don’t have kids or pets, I was shocked by how much dust it collected just three days after I had already cleaned the apartment. Clearly, it’s working!
It was not as simple as it seemed and I had to re do it multiple times before it finally connected properly. There is still one part of the vacuum cleaner that I am unsure about how it works.
One thing that really impressed me with this company is there was some sort of electrical connection issue with my stick vacuum when I first received the unit.
It is very powerful and leaves floors spotless. When you plug the stick vac into the base station, the contents are moved by vacuum pressure into the same hopper fed by the robot vac - so only one thing to empty, and you avoid the common problem of dumping the contents of a stick vac onto the floor when trying to empty it.
They even have their own station to dispose of the trash once they’re done cleaning the house.the vacuum is strong enough to to suck the small debris into their storage containers
Regarding the actual performance of the mopping attachment, it did seem a little streaky with the first few pushes, so I had to do a second pass on the first areas that I cleaned. But once I got going, it did a decent job of mopping.

I really disliked other handhelds that has a dustbin but does not have any bag which when emptying the bin, dust would linger out and trigger my allergies.
Its supposed to do after docking, but if you are placing it directly back into the dock to charge, you can't get it to empty the full vacuum into the bin
The Combo vacuum robot is outstanding! It fits perfectly in a corner of my home and only needs to be plugged in to operate. With my busy work schedule, I don't want to spend too much time on cleaning, and this robot does a fantastic job solving that problem.

There is a compartment where you can hide the accessories.Now, the base is larger than any other vacuum i’ve had so you do need a little section squared off
One thing we learned is to not move the home after you’ve mapped your space or it gets confused looking for it BUT it’s easy to remap your home if you do need to move the home to a new spot.

You can choose different suction levels which also equals different "noisiness" levels. You can also choose to have the robot do a double pass if you want. At the end of the cleaning the robot returns to base and all the debris is sucked out into a large container that you can empty out once it fills up.
The stick vacuum mode is easy to grab for quick clean-ups in a pinch, while the robot does a fantastic job of staying on top of daily dirt, especially pet hair
When you add the mop attachment, it really helps get the job done on those areas and since it’s manual, you can keep going over and over and over again
It also has a mop feature, which leaves everything extra clean. I really like the large dustbin that only needs to be emptied every 7 weeks-so convenient! It’s super easy to use, and I can control it from my phone

That's no longer the case. From accurately mapping my space to allowing me to divide and combine rooms the way I need, I find the current app straightforward and hassle-free. It can even save up to three maps.
The vacuum stick has addituonal attachments which work well for cleaning my couch and steps. I haven't tried the no option as yet. But everything else is awesome
We needed something to clean and mop our house on a weekly bassinet as we can’t do it ourselves because of the work load. The vacuum was easy to set up and the functionality is great and the cleaning was quite good. We liked it a lot.
On days when I’m rushing from client meetings to gym sessions, I can just tap a button or set a cleaning schedule, and Chastity takes care of the rest.
Mopping is also fine, although I don't love the way it's implemented here - the way the mop attachment fits on the wand makes the vacuum harder to push, and the mop pad takes a while to soak through properly

It’s very sleek, compact, both hand vacuum and mop vacuum charges in one place doesn’t take lot of space. Hand vacuum also perfect for stairways. This product saves so much time on cleaning.
It is so easy to convert from sweep to mop by just stepping your toes on the edge of the mop and then the wheels for the actual vacuum just pop right off.
The noise level is really not a big deal to me, it is cleaning so it won't be quiet, it is a regular type of noise for a vacuum just lower than a conventional hand held vacuum. It gets as closed to an object or wall as 6 inches from it, I personally haven't seen it get super close as I would like it to but is not a big deal to me.
The all at a very affordable price. If you're looking for a reliable robot vacuum without breaking the bank, the Yeedi C12 is definitely worth considering.

My house has terrazzo floors, with a few low pile rugs and the robot vacuum has no problems cleaning all surfaces. The hand vacuum is lightweight and effective.
I'm hesitant to say it's amazing since there were instances, mainly with the dog dishes, where the vacuum would push something around for a second before backing off and going around.
The C12 Pro Plus is listed as being able to climb over a .7" bump. My threshold between hallway to kitchen is more than that, and the C12 gets stuck there.
The ZeroTangle brush is perfect for pet owners like me. it handles fur without clogging, which has always been a problem with other vacuums. I love the dual auto self-emptying feature.
It has a great suction power. Auto emptying feature is a game changer. Although it makes little more noise compared to my old vacuum, its zero hair tangle feature is a key feature for me. It works great in carpet as well as hard floor.

Got 3 small dogs and this little vacuum does the job.keeps the floor clean . It has More options in the app to control the vacuum. Only problem. Sometimes it gets offline and when that happens
Very detailed cleaning vacuum. Yeedi is very detailed, once it clears the center of the room, goes around the edges and returns to any places it missed
The small filter part of the push vacuum cleaner is for very small areas because it does not hold much at all and I have to continue stopping to dump it out... I'm still trying to figure it out and hopefully it will become easier with time

They both charge on the same unit and it auto releases the bins from each one into the same chamber which is really cool. I have never seen anything like that
The quick start instructions do note this so it wasn’t entirely a surprise. It takes a few tries to align itself properly, which can be a bit frustrating. However, it works fine on hard floors, and once it docks, charging goes without a hitch
Stick vaccum lightweight,you can mop and vaccum at same time. what I like the most, robot and stick vaccum have self cleaning function, so they never will be full.
Honestly, for the money paid for this unit I am highly annoyed at the app features and it makes me second guess my decision to purchase this. If they fix these app/vacuum communication issues I will be thrilled.
This product is a tool and when use correctly can help reduce the time to clean your floors. I only struggled with the assembly and controlling it from time to time with the app.

This automatically empties it twice. The bottom half sort of stands up in a clip, and there's a loosely attached base plate.

The vacuums are very quiet. the handheld is a little houser than the robot but not terrible. The robot does well getting over elevations on the floor and barely gets stuck.
I’ve been needing something to chase after the kids and clean up after their spills because they’re constantly dropping things sometimes it’s ice melting on the floor sometimes it’s crumbs from supper.
Using Intelligent Hosting, she learns my routines and preferences, adjusting suction power, water flow, and cleaning frequency based on how messy my life gets.

As you can see the mop does get dirt off the floor, I like to send it several times to each room and a fully charged Yeedi can do a 1000sqft area (almost 1 hour) if it's hardwood but if it's carpet it will need to be recharged depending on the vacuum suction power it's set on and how many times you want it to go thru, 1X or 2X

One thing that really impressed me with this company is there was some sort of electrical connection issue with my stick vacuum when I first received the unit.

When you plug the stick vac into the base station, the contents are moved by vacuum pressure into the same hopper fed by the robot vac - so only one thing to empty, and you avoid the common problem of dumping the contents of a stick vac onto the floor when trying to empty it.

There is a compartment where you can hide the accessories.Now, the base is larger than any other vacuum i’ve had so you do need a little section squared off
One thing we learned is to not move the home after you’ve mapped your space or it gets confused looking for it BUT it’s easy to remap your home if you do need to move the home to a new spot.

Overall, I think this is an awesome set. The cordless vacuum is my favorite, and I love how you can use it as a dustbuster for easy access to crumbs on chairs, couches, counters, etc., or it can be quickly attached to become a standard full-size cordless vacuum with different power settings.

It works well too. Just detach vacuum and put it back and it self empties also! You also don’t have to clean the brush roll which was important to me.

The app is also pretty good, but it could be better. Missing are a few features I like about my other robot app, but it's sufficient to complete most of one's desires
You can choose different suction levels which also equals different "noisiness" levels. You can also choose to have the robot do a double pass if you want. At the end of the cleaning the robot returns to base and all the debris is sucked out into a large container that you can empty out once it fills up.
I love the space saving storage. The robot goes home By itself and empties the container, too!

The robot occasionally struggles with very dark-colored carpets, mistaking them for obstacles
We needed something to clean and mop our house on a weekly bassinet as we can’t do it ourselves because of the work load. The vacuum was easy to set up and the functionality is great and the cleaning was quite good. We liked it a lot.
On days when I’m rushing from client meetings to gym sessions, I can just tap a button or set a cleaning schedule, and Chastity takes care of the rest.
Mopping is also fine, although I don't love the way it's implemented here - the way the mop attachment fits on the wand makes the vacuum harder to push, and the mop pad takes a while to soak through properly
The app give you all the options I wished was provided with the name brand vacuum we had.

I think my favorite part is that it cleans itself after each vacuum and you only need to clean the container every so often.
It is so easy to convert from sweep to mop by just stepping your toes on the edge of the mop and then the wheels for the actual vacuum just pop right off.
The noise level is really not a big deal to me, it is cleaning so it won't be quiet, it is a regular type of noise for a vacuum just lower than a conventional hand held vacuum. It gets as closed to an object or wall as 6 inches from it, I personally haven't seen it get super close as I would like it to but is not a big deal to me.

The C12 Pro Plus is listed as being able to climb over a .7" bump. My threshold between hallway to kitchen is more than that, and the C12 gets stuck there.

The instruction manual is well-written and easy to understand, and for the most part accurate. But I did find that one instruction that didn't work regarding manual operation of the dust collection station.
The attachment is a small clean water reservoir with a mop pad that attaches via velcro to the bottom of it that needs to be dampened before use.

The vacuums both work great on hard surfaces as well as low profile carpet. I would not recommend for high profile carpet.
Honestly, for the money paid for this unit I am highly annoyed at the app features and it makes me second guess my decision to purchase this. If they fix these app/vacuum communication issues I will be thrilled.
This product is a tool and when use correctly can help reduce the time to clean your floors. I only struggled with the assembly and controlling it from time to time with the app.
