Hi, welcome to JinHub. Fr tho i think it’s hard for us Egyptians cuz we say ز (zeen) instead of ذ (theen) when we talk in Arabic so its hard in English
@@arwamansour7350 well my friend, you just need to practice more. Practice makes perfect. When you say the letter ث (tha), it is the same pronounciation in the English word "that". But I think for you Egyptians, you may pronounce it as "zat" instead of "that", which is fine, but you just have to keep practicing. The "th" sound in English is almost like the letter ظ in Arabic, but it's just softer and less stressed.

We’ll done! Thank you! I’m a dialect coach and always willing to learn these amazing things. Also you should mention how important understanding the culture is of any dialect you’re wanting to perfect.
When you start turning into Arabic accent I was like OMG that's quite a turn of events. You are so soft spoken in English. Easy on the ears and smooth like a good wine.
We have a wonderful touch, I agree, but this is not in our hands. We are drowning when we speak English. Of course, this is what I wrote in Arabic, but I translated it. 😅
At this point, not sure if you'll see my comment ... but this was delightful! I started reading a mystery by Jussi Adler-Olsen (The Keeper of Lost Causes) which features an engaging character who is a native Arabic speaker. I realized that I did not know how to "hear" him in my head and came upon this youtube video. So glad I did.
The accent is just so calming and pleasing to me. I'm Pakistani but everyone says I sound British, I don't have much of an Arabic accent but it comes out sometimes and that confuses me. Edit: Forgot to add that I can't speak Urdu but I can understand it perfectly and that confuses me as well.
So true. My boyfriend only knows a handful of English words and I only know a handful of Arabic words, but he's so good at hand and body gestures that we barely need words to communicate. Somehow we make it work while we try to learn each other's language.
Such great tips! I made a sea-faring ranger in Dungeons and Dragons, and was inspired by Arabic swagger. These notes keep it feeling authentic and respectful!
Love his videos. I’m Lebanese living in Canada I know people from different parts of the Arab world who speak with a similar heavy accent like shown in this video with different variations, depending on the country of origin.
As being Jewish living in Europe (Poland), what I've noticed talking with Israelis (at least most of them) in English (cuz I'm not that fluent in Hebrew), their accent is like almost completely identical 😂👌👌 So maybe that's just more like general, kind of Levantine/Middle Eastern/native-semitica-language-speaker accent? 🤔🤔 Anyway I love zis ( 😉 ) accent. I wish I had similar myself but unfortunately that of mine (perhaps because I've been speaking Polish which is a Slavic language for most of my life) is more like the Russian one, I suppose 😂😂😂 May peace be with all of us (after all we aren't that much different 😉😙), salaam/shalom 🖖😌🖖

I am an Egyptian and i am trying so hard to say th instead of z-
Hi, welcome to JinHub.
Oh my god, this was fantastic. I'm playing a Pathfinder game right now with a character of Middle Eastern origin, and I needed to learn an Arabic accent to roleplay her properly. Thank you! 💕
. I am an Arab. I don't use z insted of th because I am from Saudi Arabia.

Because you're from Saudi Arabia we Lebanese use slang you Saudis speak formally.

Hussien Zaarour yep i have an american accent and i came to lebanon and started making fun of my friends with them talking english
Not all Lebanese have this accents. I'm a Lebanese and I talk normally.
@@kamaltato6298 obviously not every body who has a different native tongue will have an accent but it is common or specific to a place. E.g you can clearly tell between a Japanese and Arabic accent and a French or African accent.

I know how to speak the American accent, but honestly it is more fun when you bring you accent ^^"

More like lebanon accent than arabic (the accent of people coming from Maghreb is sligthly different) but still funny video ^-^ (here's one more non verbal sentence for you ahah)
Sarah Lunyme It's so different from Lebanese. As a Lebanese I don't even understand Maghrebi.
MaroniteCatholic ofJesus hahah ikr ! The more west you go, the harder it gets to understand the dialect 😂
I'm from Algeria and the dialect is pretty much different, and our Arabic accent when speaking English is Not like that at ALL lol
It is not Lebanese though .. it is mostly like to be Syrian or Egyptian
Algerians tend to sound native most of the time lol our tongue is so polyglot 😂

That rolled R makes me wonder if we Hispanics got it from the Arabic language as many words were derived from Arabic culture 🤔
lazycatlux
Yup. There's actual a video on RUclips where they compare some words in Arabic and Spanish, and they sound almost identical. The only difference is the way they write it.

The rolled R comes from Latin, actually. The only romance language that doesn't have it is the French language
Nope, the rolled "R" comes from Latin, not arab
We have it in Kurdish Too , Urr and Irr . But Only in the start of the world like uRResh X Seirr . we also have IL and ULL

We’ll done!
This was way more educational than I expected it to be. "Nominal sentences." Time we'll spent.
The Arab has a great touch in English language 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂💛

Same I'm Pakistani but I don't speak urdu but I do understand it perfectly and I sound British when I speak Saudi Arabic
Lol we are same
Lol how can you have an Arabic accent as a Pakistani? You guys are south Asian not middle eastern. You sound like indians
So true. My boyfriend only knows a handful of English words and I only know a handful of Arabic words, but he's so good at hand and body gestures that we barely need words to communicate. Somehow we make it work while we try to learn each other's language.
Omg he's handsome and funny. I subscribed just because of that 😆
Omg, your video killed me. I'm dying from laughing 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Blease do zome more 🤣 😂
That would be my grandma talking English hahahahah 😂😂😂❤️❤️
I'm learning Quranic Arabic and I came here to learn the Arabic accent. With this video I'll be considered a native by tomorrow.

Mark, your sense of humour is amazing. The way you explain is very engaging.
The fact that I understood most of his hand gestures kills me 😂. I'm so happy to be Arab
If we talk about (R) imagine I'm from Italy and my mom is iraqi (arabic) but ya I kind of controlled it when I speak English😁
As being Jewish living in Europe (Poland), what I've noticed talking with Israelis (at least most of them) in English (cuz I'm not that fluent in Hebrew), their accent is like almost completely identical 😂👌👌
So maybe that's just more like general, kind of Levantine/Middle Eastern/native-semitica-language-speaker accent? 🤔🤔
Anyway I love zis ( 😉 ) accent. I wish I had similar myself but unfortunately that of mine (perhaps because I've been speaking Polish which is a Slavic language for most of my life) is more like the Russian one, I suppose 😂😂😂
May peace be with all of us (after all we aren't that much different 😉😙), salaam/shalom 🖖😌🖖

He's like one of the twilight vampire, Commonly handsome in here 😊 but literally speaking he nailed it of how the arabic people talking like that, except for those who study abroad.. And the sense of humor tho love it. From Qatar 👋
Well at least that’s how my parents pronounce English 😂
I’m Lebanese btw!
Oh my gosh, love this, I can watch this all day
The "R" is rolled in so many languages
Being From North Africa I can say this is a Middle eastern accent
Yeah it's only middle eastern accent
ss Ahmed No it’s not.
Its actually African
Many people in lebanon say letters normally
He’s the perfect example I can use to show my friends what I mean when I can’t explain things
Gives me butterflies everytime i watch his videos..the accents🤤
