Hi I was searching for something and I found this video. Very cool! I grew up in Wilmette got married and moved Just a few towns over. So just a couple fixes here. The wilmette Theater does play movies 👍 and the valley Lodge I think you’re confusing it with the one in Glenview that’s been there forever but the one in Wilmette just opened in 2014. Other than that great video! Anyone considering moving there I highly recommend it. It’s a small town feel with wonderful neighbors and shopping and restaurants with amazing schools. But you’re right the cost of living there is crazy high. If I tell you, my father bought our home in 1964 for $50,000 insane! You can’t even buy a shed in Wilmette for that price 😵💫

Wilmette really does have that perfect small-town feel with so much to offer, even if the cost of living is sky-high. Crazy to think about those prices from back in the day!
