It’s interesting to see guys of that size who have obviously been in the game, still seem to have a hard time making that connection to certain muscle groups. Great video as always 🤙🏽

I found this video informative and having had both rotators repaired I find myself having to adapt new angles for hitting old muscles, especially the shoulders. Thanks for this video guys! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I love mike's stuff and what he's doing for bodybuilding but the rocking motions I just don't agree with. You can see it's initiated from the hip and allowing momentum to drive the movement.
Between Quinton and Mike there's enough T-shirt fabric for everyone in this comment section
Haha!
😘😘😘👍👍👍👍👍🙏🙏👋
You do know why BBers wear such oversized T-shirts? It isn’t blindness..
“The super fun, awesome, easy stuff… you should try it” lol That’s all the convincing I need!
Hahahaha... I was scrolling through the comments to see if any one caught that.... No disrespect to the athlete or big Mike.

I definitely don’t feel bad about not being able to perform a exercise now 😂
The wording is straightforward.
Helps me completely
Try to keep it simple.
Love the ripping Velcro queue
Phenomenal video Big Mike. I added one of your shoulder workout to mine this morning. I have one of the best pumps/soreness ever. Thanks bro!
Happy to hear that Kirk
Awesome video will try this on my next shoulder workout thanks big Mike!! 💪🏼💪🏼👍🏻

Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen, der ernsthaft diesen Sport praktiziert, unglaublich 💪
Thanks
Great video, thank you 💪
I have a hard time connecting with my shoulders most of the time, but damn those 2 first lifts did the damn job!
Thanks BigMike
How often is your coach just as fucking big as an IFBB pro? Two savage dudes right there

Hoist gym equipment should be Mikes Brand of choice, basically replicates Mikes preferred techniques on most movements.
How much do you charge for one training session

Great tips. My delts are shit. Especially my rear delts. I have a hard time connecting with them.
Slow down rear delt movements. That’s the key. Find the right tempo
黑色衫大師傅 多謝曬你知道 thank you Thank you very much
🔥
Name of the first song??
💪🏼😉✊🏻
I can never share this w/ anyone that isn’t top level or they will miss-apply Mike’s odd methods..
Be careful in Orlando man, don’t get sick again…
