I get how you feel but don't worry about dupes unless you're going for her wallpaper. She doesn't need dupes to be good. That being said, It's not like it's waste to pull on her banner since you get gold mileage tickets anyway.

If you have Naga, you could also show that Crown makes Tia completely unnecessary since she also casts a shield, which you need to enable Naga's core damage buffs, but with much more predictable conditions.
