no he is just a gimmick unit granted he has a lot of gimmicks but most of the time its better to just use something else. Warfarin S2/Skadi Alter S2/3 provides more than Stainless S1 The Sp battery devices can provide SP to ops even when stainless is off skill not to mention other SP options like Warf, piliopsis,liskarm etc His S3 is good for range extention and charging the skills of attack recovery ops but at that point just use an OP long range guard or sniper like Mylnar and Rosa Stainless is a good (not strong) fun gimick unit with multiple gimicks but his numbers dont bring him above the of crowd strong supporter ops (Warfarin, Skalter, piliopsis,etc) or DPS ones (Rosa,Mylnar,etc). Maybe a module upgrade will fix him cuz his gimicks are fun and useful its just the numbers on them are kinda mid
@@asheqabeer1798 Stainless S1 is a direct upgrade to Warfarin S2. It’s a 20sec 96% atk buff whereas Warfarin is a 15sec 90% buff. Also coming with the added flexibility of being able to to split the buff between 2 operators and having less placement restrictions.
Oh yeah! Exia perfectly synergizes with Stainless devices! There is a 98% damage buff, almost +1 sp per second generation, and turning into a rapid-fire Fiametta!
It's not about how much of a DPS unit he is, it's about how much flexibility he can give to your squad. His 3 skills make him be able to fit in nearly all squad compositions as a supporter. Increase ATK, Give SP, Extend Range for some maps where you can't hit enemies, Give allies something to hit to restore HP/SP/etc. Just through that, he's a solid 6 star operator.

Oh, wow, good point, this makes the healing on Blem’s S3 actually somewhat consistent. Still does not have many use cases, but at least she can easily and consistently keep that crazy HPS going throughout her entire skill duration on any stage if it is ever needed.

Stainless has so much future value with his 3rd skill. Just imagine if HG releases a 6 star reaper or someone with a broken skill but ATK SP charge Even Qiu Bai S3's ramp-up effect is amplified significantly by having a turret in range
That Stainless S3 + W combo is wild XD and at last, someone who showcased Aak + S3 turrets. Man it sucks that a lot of people might skip Stainless for Texalter (I mean, it's limited broken-ass FRD operator, plus popular waifu. Hard to beat that one lol.). His next banner appearance will be in the Joint Operation banner BEFORE Ines' debut, so he might get screwed there too.
Why's Ines relevant? I've seen her and Qiubai (thanks a lot HG, 2 Dante women isn't confusing at all) and what's so unique about them? Personally, I got Texas/Penance and am aiming for Chong/Lin, Yato, Muel/Ho'ol and getting tf outta the limited banners. That'll save me 400 pulls to hopefully get Gnosis/Horn/Stainless, and maybe Saileach. I'm gonna be dumping on their targeted banners like a mfer. I sacrificed sparking Rosmo and Dusk to save for those 4 so if they don't show up, don't bother showing up ever again.
@@tempota7792 Ines is 6* Agent Vanguard (Cantabile Archetype) and basically is the arguably 3rd strongest FRD operator... while also being really good at DP generation and providing a permanent, redeployable slow+stealth reveal. Agent archetype has extended range with solid stats for a vanguard, 1 block, and shortened redeploy time (35 s base, -4 with pot). Her talent lets her bind the first enemy she attacks for 5s and steals 90(+10) attack. In her attack range, she destealths all enemies and provides -30% slow. S3 is her most broken skill. It allows her to instantly, for 0 DP, place a 3x3 range shadow on any melee tile that permanently destealths and provides 30% slow effect, which then follows her around and deals a damage hit as you properly deploy and redeploy her. When deployed, she gets a temporary attack boost and provides 1DP per hit during the skill. Combined with her talent, she becomes a very strong FRD operator, as she can bind an enemy two tiles away and whail away at them with ~2k physical damage hits, ignoring stealth, and providing 30% slow after the bind wears off, all the while generating a fair bit of DP. S1 auto-attack skill provides decent sustained DpS and iirc the highest DP/s of all vanguard skills (yes, including flagbearers) - if she consistently hits enemies. Some niche uses. S2 is basically like Cantabile S2, is weaker on initial DP generation and lacks the ammo mechanic, but also has wider range and provides attack speed stealing per hit during the relatively short skill duration. Not a huge highlight, but probably has a few uses.

S3 is a ult-type skill with a strong bind+DpS package, making her self-sufficient at that setup but with ultimately poor scaling (i.e. if you need more damage during CC duration to kill, it's better to use a dedicated CC+damage amp and a dedicated DpS). Reminds me a lot of Mostima S2.
Stainless is really an interesting operator to mess around with the right units that could use his device's and skills I've watched what sort of potential he could pull in several videos regarding of him and one of the video that showcases him with Qiu Bai and suzuran team synergy against Redblade from CC 12 is absolutely mindblowing, even the comments in the video where it showcases 6 Stars synergy and ops vs Redblade stated that with the right operator and his devices, he could provide a supporting device for the ops to deal damage towards one of his devices and it could deal about 330K damage per stage with the right timing and units That is insane and i'm currently a little hesitant if i should pull for him or skip him for Texas alter
Man, I love those CC stages or annihilation when you get those sp devices, soo with him you just get to bring them all the time. Man, I was not liking his design, still don't , but really like his kit. Also, don't like fooling with aak, or even warfarin, being able to decide who exactly gets the Buffs is nice
I was debating over whether or not sparing a few rolls on his banner would be worth it (previously, all I cared for was Totter but I can get him easily), but this makes Stainless worth it for me.
Actually the best operator to pair with operators with offensive recovery skills, and with the crusher operators coming I don't need to tell you how that would affect everything.

Something else about Stainless's Turret's is that it also applies a 20% Physical Damage Resistance buff to any Operator standing behind it.

Nightmare the slept on dark horse. Dmg done by distance traveled? Heal based on ATK not dmg done? Unique and forgotten.
