I''m functionally blind and walking is difficult and for the blink, dangerous. i bought a used ICE Trice T 4 years ago and recently a TT Gran Tourismo e-assist and they are my lifeline to outdoor activity. In my area, Woodbury MN, I can ride 15+ miles on city trails. There is a huge athletic complex where I can zig-zag and build up the miles. When the fields are in use it's a delight to ride through all the people/families engaging in sports, music, and picnics.
I love seeing the customers on their trikes and hearing how it has impacted their lives. Everyone has a story. The Greenspeed Magnum XL I bought from Laidback last year has had an enormous positive impact on my life! It's given me freedom to get out and about that I'd lost as I got older. It is so great to see other folks who've been given their freedom to ride back too!
It's the LBC500 hub drive motor by Laid Back Cycle and EBO. It's a custom configuration for the ICE trike with a throttle and 5 levels of assist. It's a class 2 motor.
