clear up some stuff from the video: 1. Prioritize your enjoyment playing the game > how other people tell you to play, as long as you have fun that's all that matters. 2. Almost all of the armor enchants don't work against monsters, thus rendering them useless in PvE. Also the reason I go bounce on PvE is because it's better to avoid PvP on a PvE build as your at a disadvantage and any way to get pressure off of you is great so that you can void. 3. Someone pointed out that Viscosity + Allure (post-buff) is viable for PvP-- Yes it is I forgot to put that in the video sorry 😭😭 (thank you @Nochit & @levimug4621). 3.5. I didn't know Multiplicity got nerfed, it's still viable for PvP but it is no longer one that I personally use. It procs less often and only heals 2% instead of 5% on proc (I wasn't updated on the updates... 😔). 4. You can convert rares -> commons using 1x Rare + 1x Common at the Shrine of Unification -> 1x Mantra -> Shrine of Division (thank you @_Tekz). 5. The freestyler's band DOES NOT work in combat despite you having a different swimming animation. 6. You can still go Alloyblood, ATDG, Orbital Ice, Collapsed Lung, and Reinforced Armor pre-shrine as long as you know what you're doing (I said this one in the video). 7. Ferryman's Ring only works on overworld builds that actively utilize Rhythm. 8. Scrapper, just like Maverick + Autodidact are useless once your build is finished (I think I said power 20 in the video), they do help you in your progression but from personal experience with making difficult pre-shrine builds, 3 attunement builds, and builds high in bloated talent categories I find all 3 of these to be inefficient at their purpose: making progression easier/faster. I'd rather progress for 1-3 hours (Power 1 -> 20) + clear 1 Ethiron to reroll my talents than take Scrapper: it doesn't reduce my progression time or the amount of Ethiron clears I need to do, Maverick: this talent has helped me hit power 20 ~9m faster based off of my Blind/Deaf W-Rank speedrun recordings, and Autodidact: this talent actually saved me the most time by cutting ~15m off of my progression. If you guys would like I can make a video going in-depth about how I hit power 20 within 50m to 3 hours of progressing (speed depends on origin, Vow of Thorns, and build) while managing your talents/mantras properly to render Scrapper effectively useless and without a moonseye tome. feel free to lmk if anything i said was wrong (i think that's everything people commented about 😭)

The best part is that you don't even have to collect all the ores. You can just kill the mobs, check a chest, then run it back on the same level. It's slow, but you can get a load of money too.
9:35 I gotta disagree with that cuz Scrapper is just so beneficial in making sure you don't mess up your build, and the other boons you can choose really aren't too beneficial, other than steadfast. I go steadfast and scrapper every single time.
9:40 A good boon I also run every build is survivalist. It makes acid rain do 0 damage and parasites in layer 2 gather slower on you which sounds very specific and niche but its just so good for quality of life and the boon can only get better in the future

Just to clarify: If you don't have easy access to moonseye tomes, you should still pick scrapper and steadfast. If you can get a moonseye tome easily (like dilu for example), you can quit using scrapper.
ferocity > bounce for pve cause realistically bounce is like a mini vent and in dilu/hell mode that jawn is not saving u when ur getting mowed down by 15 other corrupted monsters
8:50 all the dead gods scales off both int & will so you can shrine then go like 80 willpower 25 int post-shrine and itd be the exact same as normal this is also ignoring the fact that even if you shrine almost all of the things youre anti healing are still nullified 100%(i think thinga like reinforce heal and things like that get lessened anti heal while campfires & spits *cough cough the important ones* are still nullified)
Inteque made a video on this. The effective anti heal for even post shrine ATDG and the length it applies is still monstrous. It’s definitely good even shrined down.

hi no according to deepwoken wiki you cannot stack ring of pest with post ATDG. whichever has higher anti heal (50% or ATDG at 33 if minimal), the ring will have priority. it doesn’t stack

another tip is if you're making your own build or you're taking a youtube build and they got like 1 flamecharm pre shrine, take that shit LITERALLY. you save enough points to make or break a build sometimes, you could literally be missing one point and that is not going anywhere. Also on modifiers if you're unsure on what exact modifiers you need to the left of the Etris docks there is some dude in a lil cave selling every modifier(except sparks & vibrant), so just go there and test it out yourself.
1:28 because the boost per point is only +10 health the MAX is 60 5:26 another thing that I have to point out is that no actually every ring can be useful. for your particular example light eater one of the interrogation talents converts your enemies m1 damage to ELECTRICAL which can be built around. another one on the fire side sets you on FIRE for buffs all of which light eater can supplement them with.

8:10 Acutally, it doesnt matter your common to rare ratio because with 10 knowledge you can use shrine of order + shrine of division to turn any rares into commons (most of the time). Significantly harder (idk if even possible) to go from commons to rares. So dont sweat if you take too many rares, its fixable, as I have done many times to get rid of things like carnivore or warriors for a chime build.
8:24 you can use the shrine of unification to rid of rare talents, then break the extra mantra with shrine of division. However you cannot re-obtain these talents unless you have spare aces to use to freeze rare talents when rerolling other ones.
If you're running a build with Immolator, Lv. 5 Flame Wisp, and Flame Within, then I'd say the Light Eater Ring is actually pretty good, it's like 2x ether regen speed for..nothing.

5:20 armorer ring can be pretty powerful for ironsing builds since its basically just more durability on their pseudo-exoskeleton(10% dmg decrease when above 90% armor dura)
ALSO don't take more mantras than you're comfortable with. Playing with a full bar of mantras sucks cuz this game doesn't have support for multi-key keybinds If u can actually manage a full bar of mantras tho good for u
@lolgustxs multi-key keybinds, like how in some games, like FF14 im p sure, you can have a combination of keys set for one keybind, like Z+1 and 1 being two separate keybinds
Completely disagree with the way you handled scrapper here; it's extremely useful for nitpicking certain talents from bloated categories like natural armour and miscellaneous, as well as ensuring you can burn every mantra/rare you don't want. It ironically provides more of a benefit when you're done progressing, because most of the time, you'll need much less knowledge to maximise your talents/mantras and you'll have all the rares you want.
1x ethrion = ~150 knowledge on 2x, ~75 pn 1x, in the 6mo i been playing i've never had to use more than 40 knowledge rerolling mantras/talents bc of the aces quest + starting aces echo upgrade. im not saying the boon is useless, im saying it's useless if ur new, inefficient at talent/mantra management, or expect to use ur build for a short time 👍
@@blamedevi Lucky 😔 Unless I'm actively reducing all of my unwanted options, I find myself having to spend ~25 knowledge for each 'problematic' talent or mantra, which usually means multiple Ethirons. Having scrapper on every build is a must for me just because of how awful my luck is.

Also an alternative to those who do not have a pve build to farm dilluvian, go learn Floor 1 and 2 has they are ESSENTIAL to any progression (wanted enchant, hp gear and medallions)

If you pick too many rares you can turn some of the less useful rares into a mantra and turn the mantra into 2 commons but itll take up hella knowledge 😭🙏
allure is up there with drowned and multi, since they updated how it works its just a better entanglement now. you get 10% reduced dmg taken from enemies charmed (allure charms) with NO DOWNSIDES unlike entanglements speed debuff.

you can exchange common talents to get an advanced talents but you need to have every talent to get it, stats and you need to use either mysitc or shrine of solitude

my build does not suck, its just a linkstrider, flame heroblade with portals and ardour, with the stats: 15 str 27 ftd 25 agi 0 int 41 wil 102 cha 40 hvy 80 flame i dont see nothing wrong with it
Actually you should take every rare card that you see because you can only get it from leveling up or the quest. You can then turn it into a mantra with another talent and then you can convert it into two talents
Also you should have at least one rare in rotation that you don't select. This can be return to dark ages or loot skipper. You can't re-roll without a rare
you should aselect all your talents on the build maker then pick the exact number of rare talents you need throughout the build so you dont have to waste knowledge
Drowned for pvp isn't good since 10hp doesn't realistically do anything in a fight, its better to slot in stench or entanglement since they just do more in a fight.
that's just what i personally run for the sake of looks, stench is ugly and entanglement has terrible interactions with DoT, in the video i said the other enchants are viable as well 👍
@@blamedevi true, I only use shadow so ferocity is a must have for me, then stench and entanglement. Multiplicity hp proc gut made it worse than stench so I swapped it out
u can turn rares into commons so thats not a big thingy , boons barely help u with anything (Steadfast is only 3% more armor durability,steadfast is borderline useless ngl) oh yeah as for pve ferocity viscosity drowned are the best enchants (ferocity procs based on tempo so yeah with grand feast u have permanent 15% dmg reuction and 10% dmg increase + 30% speed boost at all times)
Please for the love of god, do not get Bloodiron Spirit or other 5HP talents for just the HP unless you have every talent that might benefit you already

i think i said dont invest into both, like at the same time, but generallly its 6/4/0/2 or 6/6/0/0 or 4/4/0/4 or 6/3/0/3, u can swap songchant for prof depending on ur build, there's also cases where u can run 0 vitality & erudition but i dont wanna get too in-depth w this stuff bc most ppl who watch my vids are newer
my biggest problem in deepwoken pvp is the hecking servers bro... i am not that great in pvp i recognize that, but holy shit, every game i play is fine, my internet isnt bad but still the ms difference kills me.. I wiped because of a voidwalker whipping the sheet out of me while i couldnt even parry cuz of the delay. Brazil never had servers before and just NOW theyre adding (thank god) and its unstable as heck. I have to choose which server is less garbage like florida or california, sometimes i even hop on hesse or north holland. I swear its like playing chained... The first time i used the brazillian server i felt like Toji invading Dagons domain.
1:25 i sometimes go 6/6 prof/song for boss raiding builds & just get reaper on them the hp rlly aint worth jack if you cant knock them before they try to swap out for healing
My builds suck cause they are character cosplay builds that try to fit the character as much as possible with horrible synergy and stat distribution as the price of authenticity. Example Sephiroth (starkindred heavy+med for wyrmtooth and fire+lightning for material) either you deal no weapon or element dmg or you just have no talents
its actually not so bad to preshrine all the dead gods cuz its scaling is based on how many int and will points you have total up to 105 as a result minimum efficacy for it is around 52% (with 15 int + 40 will for 55/105) which is higher than ring of pestilence on its own, and if you shrine down from 45 int (overflowing dam + 5 for master craftsman's +5 hp) and 80 will (heretics + piercing will) you get 20 int + 55 will for a total of 75 points which does a good bit over 70% antiheal on hit also btw heretics + piercing will is goated cuz piercing will doesnt scale with insanity, its an on off switch. lym does scale so its a little harder to get a lot of use out of it but its a decent pick up as well nonetheless

Unless hit by multihits viscocity makes you not die as long as ur hp is higher than 1%.
Too many rares is technically not an issue since u can just shrine of unification/division into a common, u just need the knowledge to support it

8:10 Acutally, it doesnt matter your common to rare ratio because with 10 knowledge you can use shrine of order + shrine of division to turn any rares into commons (most of the time). Significantly harder (idk if even possible) to go from commons to rares. So dont sweat if you take too many rares, its fixable, as I have done many times to get rid of things like carnivore or warriors for a chime build.

8:24 you can use the shrine of unification to rid of rare talents, then break the extra mantra with shrine of division. However you cannot re-obtain these talents unless you have spare aces to use to freeze rare talents when rerolling other ones.
If you're running a build with Immolator, Lv. 5 Flame Wisp, and Flame Within, then I'd say the Light Eater Ring is actually pretty good, it's like 2x ether regen speed for..nothing.

the best and the fastest way to farm enchants is to farm the galewax quest it takes 10 mins on a okay pve and gives alot of good enchants
5:20 armorer ring can be pretty powerful for ironsing builds since its basically just more durability on their pseudo-exoskeleton(10% dmg decrease when above 90% armor dura)
ALSO don't take more mantras than you're comfortable with. Playing with a full bar of mantras sucks cuz this game doesn't have support for multi-key keybinds

U can roll rare talents into common talents by choosing 2 rare talents to trade in for a mantra and then trade that mantra in for 2 common talents

Completely disagree with the way you handled scrapper here; it's extremely useful for nitpicking certain talents from bloated categories like natural armour and miscellaneous, as well as ensuring you can burn every mantra/rare you don't want. It ironically provides more of a benefit when you're done progressing, because most of the time, you'll need much less knowledge to maximise your talents/mantras and you'll have all the rares you want.
1x ethrion = ~150 knowledge on 2x, ~75 pn 1x, in the 6mo i been playing i've never had to use more than 40 knowledge rerolling mantras/talents bc of the aces quest + starting aces echo upgrade. im not saying the boon is useless, im saying it's useless if ur new, inefficient at talent/mantra management, or expect to use ur build for a short time 👍

Unless I'm actively reducing all of my unwanted options, I find myself having to spend ~25 knowledge for each 'problematic' talent or mantra, which usually means multiple Ethirons. Having scrapper on every build is a must for me just because of how awful my luck is.

8:25 that is false, while it does apply to new players with no moonseye tomes, you can absolutely take only rares in your hands and then use shrine of unification and division to turn rare cards into common, it may look like a hassle but if you take too less rare you often miss out on 5hp or a core talent that would make the build better.
Also an alternative to those who do not have a pve build to farm dilluvian, go learn Floor 1 and 2 has they are ESSENTIAL to any progression (wanted enchant, hp gear and medallions)

I’m not saying you are wrong technically but I prefer making sure I have all my talents pre and post shrine, that’s how I prog and it may differ from everyone. besides I have like 34 moonseyes, they won’t use themselves alone X)

U can trade out rares for commins by turning them in for a mantra at a shrine and than turning that mantra in for roll 2
allure is up there with drowned and multi, since they updated how it works its just a better entanglement now. you get 10% reduced dmg taken from enemies charmed (allure charms) with NO DOWNSIDES unlike entanglements speed debuff.
My friend always says that hes the brains behind builds and im the bronze, just abusing the build to the fullest, and he is quite true about that since if someone gives me the job of making a build ill burn down the kitchen.
you can exchange common talents to get an advanced talents but you need to have every talent to get it, stats and you need to use either mysitc or shrine of solitude

Actually you should take every rare card that you see because you can only get it from leveling up or the quest. You can then turn it into a mantra with another talent and then you can convert it into two talents
Also you should have at least one rare in rotation that you don't select. This can be return to dark ages or loot skipper. You can't re-roll without a rare
you should aselect all your talents on the build maker then pick the exact number of rare talents you need throughout the build so you dont have to waste knowledge

Drowned for pvp isn't good since 10hp doesn't realistically do anything in a fight, its better to slot in stench or entanglement since they just do more in a fight.
that's just what i personally run for the sake of looks, stench is ugly and entanglement has terrible interactions with DoT, in the video i said the other enchants are viable as well 👍
@@blamedevi true, I only use shadow so ferocity is a must have for me, then stench and entanglement. Multiplicity hp proc gut made it worse than stench so I swapped it out
u can turn rares into commons so thats not a big thingy , boons barely help u with anything (Steadfast is only 3% more armor durability,steadfast is borderline useless ngl) oh yeah as for pve ferocity viscosity drowned are the best enchants (ferocity procs based on tempo so yeah with grand feast u have permanent 15% dmg reuction and 10% dmg increase + 30% speed boost at all times)

i think i said dont invest into both, like at the same time, but generallly its 6/4/0/2 or 6/6/0/0 or 4/4/0/4 or 6/3/0/3, u can swap songchant for prof depending on ur build, there's also cases where u can run 0 vitality & erudition but i dont wanna get too in-depth w this stuff bc most ppl who watch my vids are newer

my biggest problem in deepwoken pvp is the hecking servers bro... i am not that great in pvp i recognize that, but holy shit, every game i play is fine, my internet isnt bad but still the ms difference kills me.. I wiped because of a voidwalker whipping the sheet out of me while i couldnt even parry cuz of the delay. Brazil never had servers before and just NOW theyre adding (thank god) and its unstable as heck. I have to choose which server is less garbage like florida or california, sometimes i even hop on hesse or north holland. I swear its like playing chained... The first time i used the brazillian server i felt like Toji invading Dagons domain.

My builds suck cause they are character cosplay builds that try to fit the character as much as possible with horrible synergy and stat distribution as the price of authenticity. Example Sephiroth (starkindred heavy+med for wyrmtooth and fire+lightning for material) either you deal no weapon or element dmg or you just have no talents
its actually not so bad to preshrine all the dead gods cuz its scaling is based on how many int and will points you have total up to 105
as a result minimum efficacy for it is around 52% (with 15 int + 40 will for 55/105) which is higher than ring of pestilence on its own, and if you shrine down from 45 int (overflowing dam + 5 for master craftsman's +5 hp) and 80 will (heretics + piercing will) you get 20 int + 55 will for a total of 75 points which does a good bit over 70% antiheal on hit
also btw heretics + piercing will is goated cuz piercing will doesnt scale with insanity, its an on off switch. lym does scale so its a little harder to get a lot of use out of it but its a decent pick up as well nonetheless
the rest are mostly cooked as preshrine talents tho
