Thanks for sharing this, it's so helpful. I'm visiting end Nov early Dec this year, first tim.e for the Christmas period in florida, have been twice before and love Disney 😊
Just discovered ur channel it’s very helpful, Going on the second week of November with my boyfriend! Was wondering if you could do a video on the dining plan because I’m so torn on it.
YAY!! I am so happy it is helping. Yes I am working on a video for the dining plan. I can tell you this in the meantime to hopefully help you decide. The Disney Dining Plan is A LOT of food. If you two do not eat meat or drink or if you aren't foodies paying for 1 or 2 sit down meals out of pocket is better and more cost effective. If you want to go with the quick service dining plan (and the plan is to come out ahead not just have it for convenience) then you need to sit & plan where you are eating, what you are eating (if you drink alcohol getting those drinks included will put you ahead). Hopefully that helps a bit. thank you for watching!
This is exactly the kind of information I've been looking for! I'll be in Florida the second week of December. Thank you so much for helping me plan what to wear!
That's so true about the weather in Dec. I was there last year Dec 3-8 and the week started out with heat and humidity then by the end of the week it was nice n cold, 8 degrees C at night. Jeans spirit jersey and a beanie made for great pics at Epcot!!!
It’s humid there, that’s the reason, I’m from Michigan and we have dry air, Florida is moist, plus if your there and one day it’s 80 and the next it’s 60 it takes time to accumulate to the temperature!
Wow, I have been to Disney various times but this will be my first time in the holidays and I am extremely excited. Also, you gave us amazing tips that are going to help me prepare for what I wasn’t ready for, I’ll be going the first week of December so I’m super excited, going from Dallas 🎉
Oh my goodness thank you! I am so happy I was able to help get you a bit more prepared. I’m even more excited for you to go the first time during the holidays! You will love it ✨🏰🎄 thank you for watching!
This was really great content. I’ve been to Disney 4 times before from the UK but November will be my first during the holidays and my first time solo!! Have booked both Christmas parties. Am so excited! 😆
Thank you! 🥰 omgoodness your first solo trip is going to be amazing. Do EVERYTHING you have always wanted to stop & do. Want to sit on Main Street for an hour DO IT! Solo trips are the best trips to do things differently. My favorite is to watch fireworks from somewhere new. Plus being there in November for the first time ❤️🎄🏰
Hi! love your videos! Going the Week Before Thanksgiving this year- doing Disney and Universal & Mickey's Christmas Party!!. I am trying to figure out shorts vs leggings vs jeans and what would be best for being in the park around mid-day and then going to the Christmas party at night. We are not going back to the hotel. The other park days I am not so worried about. Last time I went in Nov I wore shorts most days- jeans on rainy days. Have been for New Years and it was freezing cold but so much fun! I am thinking going the week before Thanksgiving should be like when we went to Disneyland last year in July. It was nice but not overly hot during the day- wearing t-shirts and shorts... didn't sweat it was nice! We didn't realize how chilly it got at night while we were waiting for the fireworks so I went and got a Very Comfortable Mickey Mouse Disneyland Sweatshirt I wore at night the rest of the time- bc I had never been and I am from the south, I didn't realize it would be cold at night! I am thinking the temperatures at Disney World might be very similar. The difference is when it is cold in Orlando- it feels colder because of the Humidity.
Thank you so much 🥰 you are definitely on the right track in your thinking of what to wear 🤗 it’s going to be warm during the day and cool at night. I’ve done my outfit both ways before and have been super comfortable (tshirt & pants, long sleeve dress, tshirt plus a sweatshirt & shorts) all we need to do is pray away the rain 🫣
This is super helpful. I've been blessed to be able to come to WDW from the UK often as have family in Florida. However, I have never been for Christmas but have it booked for 17-26 December 2025. I am beyond excited! So just to even know that it hits different is a great heads up. We have all the seasons in one day sometimes, so I can handle that. I am on countdown already!
My family and I will be traveling to WDW Dec 21-27th. We have a 3 year old toddler who has not really been to Magic Kingdom. This will be mine and my husbands first time going to Magic Kingdom during the holiday. I am trying to decide if we should go to Magic Kingdom or do Epcot? We plan to do just one park.
If the park you are visiting is revolving around the toddler My first gut reaction is go to MK. I’m taking my granddaughter who is 4 for her first time next year and if I had to choose between the 2 I would go MK. So much more for a toddler at MK: Rides, entertainment, and things a toddler would know especially if they watch stuff on Disney+. If you are still unsure DM on Instagram and I can help talk you through what your expectations are for the trip and what park would be best. 🤗
Do you have any recommendations for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE and NY Day lunch or dinner reservations. We will be in the park from 12/23 to 1/3. We are staying off site but we want to have special holiday meals in the parks or hotels!
Oh man SO MANY places to choose from. Since you are offsite & going during a busy time look at overlooked dining locations like Sanaa or Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge. These look over the savanna and are amazing! Disney Springs is another incredible place: Wine Bar George, Jaleo, Summer House on the Lake, Frontera Cocina. Of course holiday characters are at Hollywood & Vine in HS. Also the lounges are another amazing place to enjoy Enchanted Rose at Grand Floridian. Three bridges Bar & Grill at Coronado Springs. Ambience is amazing there too. Start there 🤗
We are going to Disney from 12/25 to 12/27 so only two nights. Do you think is better to get park hopper tickets just for 2 days or just 3 tickets for individual park? Also, how do you plan your park days I can’t figure out which park to go to first.
Honestly to answer your question about 2 or 3 day tickets it depends on the parks you want to visit and what you want to do. DM me on Instagram so I can help better and let me know the parks you want to visit. 🤗
My son and I will be there Jan 1-6, flying in from Utah on the 1st. We land at 4pm and we’re really only trying to get the seats and sweets event that first day. Do you know the exact time I can attempt to get that reservation? I know 60 days out but curious the exact time. TIA
@mrsshelton226 The one that I have used is by Ozark Trail. Rechargeable portable hand warmer. It's about 10 dollars. But if you search for Rechargeable hand warmer or electric hand warmer you should find a bunch of different ones.

I live in a humid climate and never really thought about how cold is different compared to other places. Learning something new all the time 🤗 thank you!
Love your tips! Haven’t seen another vlog out there as helpful as this. I’m a Disney vet and learned quite a few new things! Hand warmers….genius!
🥰🥰Always LOVE feedback from a Disney vet. It’s such a compliment to know you learned something new to make your trips even better. Thank you!
Great video love how you broke down the weather- helps me with planning my next trip.🎉

Is Hollywood for Jollywood Nigjts also slower during the day?
No not like MVMCP. That could change though. last year was the first year and the park basically had full park hours.
Very helpful! Thanks! ❤
Oh I’m so happy!! 🥰 thank you for watching

You had mentioned that Hollywood & Vine dress up in christmas outfits. Does chef mickey dress up as well?
No unfortunately not. 😔 Hollywood & Vine is the only place where characters are in holiday costumes.
I thought we didn’t have to make park pass reservations anymore?
If you have date based tickets then you don’t have to but all other tickets (annual pass holders, military tickets, etc) you do still have to

Until what date do the deluxe resorts have the gingerbread houses?
Those usually come down immediately after New Year’s 🫣
I thought Magic Kingdom only stayed open till midnight for special ticketed event nights (i.e. MVMCP).
Yes you are correct for MVMCP. Party ends at midnight. Jollywood nights ends at 12:30 am.

@@CreatingtheMagic thanks a bunch!!

I have seen electric hand warmers that double as portable charger.
Ooooh. I may need to check that out! Thank you 🤗
