It depends on the severity of your color deficiency. I was able to train it and now I do it without any mistakes. The key is to concentrate on the colors and not on the saturation. Also even people with normal color vision can fail the test, but thats because the transition of some colors are too harsh, so they dont know whats next. It helps if you know the order: Blue-green-yellow-orange-pink-purple
Trying to find somowhere in the UK that will do this, nobody seems to know or have heard of it, I need to do this test to pass the canadian aviation medical before i go there, any ideas?
+Cringer101 Hey, I've seen that you went flying in Canada, would you mind if I got in touch with you via email to ask some questions about your experiences?
I can see the colours well, but i don't know whats the sequence?
blue, cyan, green, brown, red, purple, violet
What is passing ? What is failing? How many can not get in order in order to be labeled as a failure
Hi Josh
what test did you take after failing the ishahira test ?
thanks
How much we need to pass the test?
Can we get the driving license in canada if we fail this test?
I've never heard of anyone ever needing a color test for a driver's license
Can you train to pass this? I’m confused with sequence of the colors
unfortunatley not, colour vision deficiency will never change
Yes, here’s a bit of medical backing on that. See the link: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29683989/
