    Hello brother. I want to upgrade my 650 with alloy wheels and tubeless tires. Now OE alloys can be ordered from the spares (15k pair). I'm in confusion about whether I should buy the Meteor rear wheel as it has plenty of tire options as it got 17". The Triumph 900 has a similar setup with 18" front and 17" at the rear. What's your view on it? As you are riding with meteor wheels. How does it perform at high speeds and handles the speed breakers?

    • @Velocitysingh
      @Velocitysingh  Год назад

      Yes now we have 18s alloy from OEM... and you are right 17 gets lot of option in reasonable price... I haven't faced any issue with 17 at rear ... even I am just getting front from the company...
      For other question I have long term review ... and answered all your questions.
      Thanks for watching don't forget subs for more content on motorcycle

    I wonder why very few consider changing the front wheel and tyre.

    • @Velocitysingh
      @Velocitysingh  6 месяцев назад +1

      The biggest reason people go with rear first.
      1. 18 inch rim is narrow, so I can't have wider tyre
      2. 18inch does have very good tyre option
      3. Rear is more prone to puncture
      Not going with front is
      1. Very rare chance of getting puncture in front
      2. Now vredstien have good tyre for front in budget
      3. If you go with 17 in front there will be massive speedo error

    • @kumailpathan159
      @kumailpathan159 6 месяцев назад

      Shall be waiting for a direct fit for front wheel of interceptor other than the current alloy which r offered. Find then kinda ugly. Meteor rear one with diamond cut is still a great option for the rear.

    • @Velocitysingh
      @Velocitysingh  6 месяцев назад +1

      I am still using spokes in front with vredstien no problem yet so far

      You can buy them from any RE service centre...
      Just place order for meteor Rear alloy rim ..
      Remember there are two types of alloy of meteor full black(6000inr) and diamond cut(6500inr) just make sure which one you are ordering.
      Check my installation video .. I have more insight there about alloy and its whereabouts.

      @Velocitysingh  Год назад

      First of all thank you for watching the video and hope you liked the video.
      It all depends what you want from bike 🏍... after going with the alloy I got better options in tyre ,stability,great cornering control and thick look from rear... only trade off is fuel efficiency... I noticed drop 2-3kmpl and that's the only draw back.. if u like mentioned benefits then it's a no brainer.
