Hi Abhinav i got my interceptor 2 years ago and you played a very big role in that purchase and now i"m really enjoying with my bike and rocking a 2X1 SS exhaust, it"s just pure joy everytime i"m riding.
I was looking for this type of interceptor for a while. You won't belive i have made one concept in my mind but sadly i don't have resources to give birth of one like you did , when i see my imagination becoming reality i love it. Thanks Abhinav, lots of love ❤❤❤
Man u are real enthusiast , doing tastefull mods to bikes that mass can buy and enjoy . Those bikes with which people can really have fun on indian roads.❤❤❤
It sounds like those old muscle cars too. i bought Interceptor for daily commute to office and some touring and its lot of fun, even though its completely stock.
I’ve been following since your r15 build, big fan of your builds and especially admire how you make an idea come true in terms of your bike builds, it’ll be really helpful if you can give the resource or buyer link of the 17 inch wheels, ride safe bro this country needs biker like you
Hi Abhinav. For the fork oil, don't go by the oil weight. 10w of Motul will have different viscosity than 10w of silkolene vs. 10w of KYB, Liqui Moly, Castrol etc. Check the cSt (centistokes) and select an oil based on the cSt of the oil. That will be better way to guage the best fork oil for the front suspension. Start with checking the stock Dominar fork's oil cSt (one mentioned by Bajaj, not the usual crap the service centre puts in). Compare it with the cSt of oils you have already experimented with. That will help you arrive at good results quicker. Lastly, from personal experience, 100% synthetic oils last much longer. P.S. You've already owned higher cc bikes before, so I guess you already know all this. 👍
@@abhinavbhatt Forgot to add another thing. Just to get an idea of how much viscosity varies across manufacturers, you can get a list of viscosity of lots of oil by simply googling "fork oil viscosity chart" and "comparative fork oil weight".
I subscribed to your channel like 3 years back when you uploaded one Highway ride on interceptor...one long video where you expressed everything about interceptor... One point I have just realised while you were talking about KTM.. You owned KTM 390 adv for a very short period of time if I m not mistaken... Keep the experimental approach alive..that's why we love you..❤
What a build, man! I wish it came like this straight from the factory. The weight, brakes, and 18-inch wheels were my main concerns, as having a heavy motorcycle that doesn't handle well would be difficult to live with, especially in city riding. Those concerns led me to choose the Svartpilen 401 over the Interceptor. You should do a commute review on the Svartpilen as well! It's a lovely motorcycle!
I bought highness dual tone ( blue and white colour) in September 2022 from Honda Big wing, gurugram. I MUST SAY THAT THE BIGGEST REASON WAS YOUR VIDEOS BROTHER.. Even now it's butter smooth, top notch reliability,SUPERA EXHAUST ( not irritating like R.E.) people still asks me " bhaiya, konsi bike h ye " .. This particular blue and white colour tone is such a eye catcher. ALL THANKS TO YOU BROTHER, MAY GOD BLESS YOU, KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO BEST,KEEP FLOURISHING.. I AM ALWAYS WITH YOU.. 😊🎉❤😊 May be WE CAN MEET SOMEDAY??
You are one of the best Indian reviewers I have seen. And it is a pleasure to listen to you articulate your riding experiences so well. Kudos on such detailed riding reviews. May I ask whether you tried putting hydraulic clutch and brake levers ? Also whether you have considered putting a steering damper ?
Well explained video ,very enjoyable and interesting 👍. Have got a 2019 royal enfield interceptor 650 myself. You've just gained another subscriber!!!👍
i was smiling throughout the video just seeing your excitment especially when started riding n opened the throttle on straight 😊😅😊😊 sound , the pull is just 😘😘😘😘😘.... what a machine 🤘😍😍😍
One of the best things I did on my Canyon Red was get the Eazi Grips Tank pads for the bike. The transperant ones. Was sceptical at first but looks very subtle and nice. Most importantantly transforms the ride!!!
Appreciate your love for bike. And you have certainly identified the gaps in design and rectified it. Rather than spending time and effort on RE650. If you really appreciate premium parts on bike, Triumph Speed Twin 900 has all these packed on Stock Bike. Ride Safe.
Love the commute reviews, daily commute style! I remember your old Xpulse review which I used to watch after I had booked mine during COVID and it faced delays in delivery. If you could do a commute review for a Himalayan, I can repeat the same cycle now, years down the line 😂
Back in 2019-20 when your project interceptor video came, I was competing my graduation and planned to the 650 once i’m earning. Got the interceptor in 2022 after getting placed. Still running stock, but alas, you’ve enticed me once again 😂 And riding this without ABS, man you got some balls I would say. Not my cup of tea.
Oh I Iiked the Grey scheme and the 2into 1 exhaust … but upgrades are good… now that you have it in Red, get a pinstripe with the term ‘ el - Diablo’ on the tank
I got inspired by your interceptor project videos back then and bought one. mine is stock, no mods. even I ride 30 km to work every day , go through same emotions. you know the feeling
This is the most beautiful looking interceptor650 ...dominar forks look awsm on this bike ..... you should come up with a usd converter kit for interceptor650... i ll be the first one to buy....
I'm young, I'm full of that thrill to speed man. Even inside the city. I feel like it's gonna hit me back one day. How do you control the urges to speed, especially on a powerful motorcycle like this one?
Awesome mods, I’m currently getting 16.30 - 16.50 kmpl on my GT650 without any mods. Last week, I installed Powerage short slipons exhausts and a BMC air filter with a stage 2 plate, and now I’m considering getting an ECU remap from Kumar at Moto Tunes. I believe it will improve performance and hopefully keep the engine in good shape in the long run. I use my bike for daily office commutes and occasional short and long weekend rides. By the way, I noticed you don’t have the NGK spark plug kits, right?”
I'm hoping to one day RE releasing a long stroke twin with 270° crank or even a v-twin perhaps, but the only one successful long-stroke manufacturer is Harley-Davidson
Great video. have been really taking points from you while working on my i650. Those front mudguards are soo sexy. Btw please have you bike washed prior to you shooting your videos.
hii abhinav, really really admire you content over the years just got my time to change tyres on my Gt 650 this month. I wanted to know which rims are you on the the rear in this build, as i sportrads are r17 but twins came in r18s ?
Abhinav I really wonder what norm stopped the company to churn out the spec you have there, anyway you are blessed to have some personally approachable garage. Lost my mechanic by cardiac arrest n now sky Is empty for me. Anyway great work ❤
I really liked the dash, cockpit view is just ❤ the fork colour didn’t appeal much to me maybe cause of chrome colour I guess you can run alloy wheels as they are available from the showroom itself but hey hey hey I will also take a risk and go with the looks with the interceptor 650 😊
are you planing to do any upgrades to rear suspension? also would you recommend me get bear 650 over interceptor. I plan to build it over period the of next year?

Thoroughly loving these commute videos. keep them coming.

I have never seen any interceptor hitting 110 kmph in second gear. This build is just amazing
That's because the front wheel is downsized so there is significant speedo error
Subscribed for the inty and was waiting and asking about any updates from the inty and happy to see it now but a bit late ❤😊
