I recently discovered this youtube channel. I'm interested in a 55+ community in Ponte Vedra/Nocatee. I've watched several videos but have heard no discussion about golf courses. Just wondering if the Del Webb communities have golf courses like other Del Webbs around the country.
No and the "TENNIS" is a big plastic banana too. Beachwalk has 6 dedicated clay courts though and we do have an active pickleball group but stop telling people we have tennis. HOA fees are much less with MORE amenities in the Del Webb community next door! Happy to help! It depends what you are looking for, and the $328 HOA fee will not give us a club house until ANOTHER YEAR! FYI the property manager sent an email that she would watch us via CAMERA to make sure we wore masks inside the small lifestyle house!! CREEPY! I haven't been in it! The property manager sends other THREATS so please consider those HOA rules you are buying (this is my THIRD HOA BTW)
