Makku's tuning is amazing, you should definitely check out his covers with Miku NT
He's already using her for talkloid parts, he's one of the producers with access to the NT banks throughout development.

@@paperloid07 Nah, this would've sounded just as real if not more with one of her v4x voicebanks. To me, this doesn't sound realistic just well tuned but even then, she sounds kind of weak in this cover (probably because it was tuned for Una a powerful voicebank, not Miku)
Cora - this is like using Miku's Original vb. Solid sounds powerful with kyaami's VSQ. :D

She sounds like a mix of v4x and v2, and i dig it. I love how it’s powerful but stays true to v2 lol and she frankly sounds a little more young.

Wow, I know this is mostly a plug and play cover, but she really does sound GLORIOUS (she still has NT’s engine noise and thingies, but her voice is beautiful)

It’s ok, not great, the problem with nt is it doesn’t sound like Miku and is probably hard to tune, but it’s just a prototype, with time and effort, it could be the best Miku yet! That being said YOU BETTER NOT F*CK THIS UP CRYPTON. I feel a little guilty not doing my own tuning for my first foray into NT. I really was most interested in seeing how I could mix her vocals before digging into the editor. I wasn't sure about Miku's new sound at first, but I think there is potential.

So basically NT is the sound of V2, the clarity of V4X with the tuning difficulty of V3, got it
How I see it anyway
The VSQx will sound slightly different because it was made specifically to Una Spicy's singing style, but this doesn't seem so bad! The only issues with her VB so far is that she sounds muffled and nasal. That gets fixed, and I might as well forget Vocaloid4 LOL
Totally reminded me of Una’s cover of Melt and now I know why
You can actually hear almost every lyric! I usually have a hard time picking up words on songs in general, but with Vocaloid, it's usually harder. I don't know if this clarity is due to the Piapro engine or is the tuning, but it sounds pretty good and more importantly, understandable!
I still feel Vocaloid provides a much clearer vocal. Much of the clarity of the vocals can be refined and brought out in the mixing processes. Hearing the vocals clearly is the most important part, but it's pretty hard to find that perfect balance of volume automation without going too soft or loud.
They need to give her back to crypton. Miku ain’t have no business having them circle hair ties smh🗿

Idc what anyone says, I love the NT voicebank. It has the Miku sound I had fallen in love with when her first voicebank came out.
As long as Crypton can fix her nasally sound and do their best to remove engine noise, I'd say this would be the best version of Miku yet!

I know she's not finished yet and obviously improvements could be made, but she sounds wonderful so far

Cillia's tuning is always magic, but honestly she still doesn't sound nearly as good as V4. Still so muffled and nasal, hopefully they can fix it because it does sound a lot brighter and more lovely - but for now I'm still not sold.
So it is the tuning, I thought for a decade that Miku sounds way too squeaky. So I never really like her. After all it depends on the skill to tune her, eh... Cillia never cease to amaze me!
