*Bro the worst part was not only did we have to wait through Thriller Bark, Sabaody, Amazon Lily, Impel Down, Marineford, Luffy’s Backstory and The Strawhats 2 Year Training, and then returning to Sabaody BEFORE we went to Fishman Island… But on top of that wait time, we got an Arc where the 2 Villains were a useless fat frog using steroids and a weird thing that had an interest in a child princess… 😂*
*Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed many moments throughout the Arc. We got the Monster Trio showing off by taming the Kraken, Luffy using Red Hawk, Tiger Fisher and Queen Otohime’s backstories, and the great scene where Jimbei helped Luffy with the blood transfer. But for waiting THAT long, just to see them crappy Villains and no real time spent just relaxing on the island, that upset me. That’s why I think this is the worst Arc, maybe only beating Long Ring Long Land, but even that was supposed to be a fun little Arc, they didn’t set Foxy up to be a hard to beat villain like they did with Hordy Jones.*

@@OutletR Actually you don't know Garp slander that he was like Smoker is now to Luffy , Smoker was once rival of Luffy and now he is nowhere near him so it's the same case with Garp,old and slow many things ,even people think Dragon is a fraud so 1080 showed What Garp is capable of

The second half is called New World.
The reasons behind the names will be revealed later.
My point is, the “new era" that everyone is talking about and the “New World" are not the same thing.
My theory is maybe there's someone in garb's ship can use a devil fruit to make things bigger or maybe oda is just Goofy as always 😂

True, Tom and his apprentices are all master shipwrights, but recall what Coby told Luffy a few episodes back about the marines having a genius scientist working for them.... a person who already made it possible for their ships to sail (relatively) safely through the sea king infested Calm Belt. Having someone like that in their employ may render the services of even somebody like Tom unnecessary....
