@@biancalea6557 Do you mean the basket that's inside? Yes, on the handle, there is a button you can push down (below the plastic clear slider) and when you push that, you can remove the basket.
I have a couple of questions: 1. What is the "M" on the panel of Ultimate Cosa? 2. How to power off the air fryer in the middle of cooking, or to stop it ?
Hi Catherine, great questions. The M button allows you choose the preset modes. To power off you can press the power button and hold until it’s off, or alternatively, you can also just pull the tray out and it will also auto stop.
Hi Emily, that’s a fantastic question - we ended up not having to use them nor could we find any use for them. However we suspect they are to be used for the basket (perhaps replacement screws) as we have seen some being used inside the basket.
Hi Eric, yes there is a way to remove the inner basket on the 5L. There is a button that you can push to take out the tray. You can find the demonstration here in our other video - ruclips.net/video/qXRCeQ5FnrE/видео.html
When you take the tray out, right on top of the handle there is a plastic slider that you slide forward and underneath is a button you push down to release the basket. (This is only available for the 5L not the 8L). For demonstration, you can take a look at our other video below at about 2 min 15 mark ruclips.net/video/qXRCeQ5FnrE/видео.html
@@lynnm7668 Depending on the thickness of the steak you may want to tweak to your liking but for medium-rare, we would recommend pre-heating the machine first, then set 400F for 3-4 minutes then flip for another 3-4 minutes. These instructions are for non-frozen steaks.

Hi Abibat, that's a great question but unfortunately we do not believe it does dehydration. Quickly checked the manual and could not find anything that mentioned dehydration.
That’s a common question we get, unfortunately we have not been able to find a way and we would agree, the sound is loud! If only they had the option to silence or adjust the volume to extremely low. If you do find a way please let us know as well!
Ive had mine for about a week now, The drawer is very tight when sliding in and out, The paint on the metal is flaking off, should i exchange mine or is this normal?
Hi 22rsx, that's unfortunate - if possible, you should probably try getting it exchanged. We have had ours for a while and haven't had any problems with paint chips or issues with sliding.
Hi Inger, have you tried pushing the button on the tray? Check out our other video below, at 2:20 we did a quick demonstration on how to remove the basket from the tray. ruclips.net/video/qXRCeQ5FnrE/видео.html
That was so entertaining…
Fr like who starts a video like that? 😂I wanted to leave right away
Nice review guys! Just wrapped this air fryer as a gift for my dad. Glad to see a review on this brand as there wasn’t much around.
Thanks Leila! Let us know what your dad thinks about the air fryer. We have used it a couple of times now and we love it so far!
I just bought this air fryer! Do you guys know how to remove the basket from the basket holder?

I just ordered one of these, too. Do you guys know what all those screws are for?! I can’t find it anywhere in the manual.

So there's no to remove the inner basket? How do you clean under the inner basket? I don't get it. No cleaning in the review so it's hard to tell.

Wut are the xtra screw for LOL?
The extra screws are for the handle of the air fryer in case you need to replace the screws.
No description of each parts , crazy !
Just bought one. How do you clean the basket? Do you have to unscrew the three screws every time you want to clean it?

The screws are spares for the handle of the tray.
Can this airfryer dehydrate as well?
