I have the exact same o2 sensor code. Replaced it and now the engine diag menu show "normal". Still getting the annoying alarm. I've power on and off the engine about 4 times. Hopefully you're right and it will just go away soon.
Ok Im in the same boat again too, Just replaced the 2nd 02 sensor and the CE light remained lit then it went off and it came back on again but as you mentioned the code says Normal... I snipped the wire to the alarm to get peace of mind and plan on setting up a toggle to do this.
Yep, same thing here. Replaced the sensor, did all these steps and code reads zero and still annoying sounding alarm. Even tried a factory reset by Yamaha and nothing! Anyone know how to solve this!? Please help, this alarm is so frustrating.
very good video my friend, I really happy with this super good tips!!!!, even the mechanics doesn't this.... and in the dealer, they make wait 10 days for inspection diagnostic, aging thks!!!!!!
what did you mean "After a few battery shutdowns?" I have the same issue same exact boat as yours. The check engine alarm will not go away. I still get the error code Normal (SPN 0)
