I have a 2016 s550 4matic it has sat in my garage since October now the battery 🔋 drained. Can you recommend what’s best? I don’t want to jump start it with another vehicle, should I use a Noco booster or a genuine Benz trickle booster? I want to remove it and take it to auto parts store to get charged but I’m confused on how to preserve the memory
All you have to do is jump the car either with the jumper Box or with another car . Just when you jump it with another Vehicle use good cables . And then the battery would charge itself. Just when you turn the car on leave the car running for a while saw the battery charge again
Good vid, hope all is well. I have this car, but a 2016 S550 4-Matic coupe. Was involved in an accident. Steering wheel and knee airbag deployed. Car sat while going back and forth with insurance. None of the buttons on the key are working, and no power at all from the ignition. Does the prefuse connected to the that rear battery need to be changed? If so, what's it called??? Thanks

Just jump the car 1st. when you turn it on and if the battery still weak then you have to change the battery. And don't worry nothing Gonna happen .

Yes it might be and it's call Pyrofuse .
Usually the Pyrofuse only discount the starter.
