My first RUclips video began by attaching a battery charger under the hood, going through all possible methods of open/close, and then had a diagnostic computer attached to the vehicle and gave instructions on how to program the vehicle using that diagnostic device. Luckily your video was next in the queue and the shroud of complicated programming was removed and an easily workable solution was shown. Thank you for being concise and accurate!
2013/14 C-Class W204 here. Needed to replace one of the struts anyway; as suggested I replaced both, but it still stopped at the mid height. Quick Google search brought me here. Worked first time. Many, many thanks.
