  • Had to do this video in a different style due to OBS crashing 2 times while doing the live commentary. Hopefully this is ok for 1 episode.

I actually really enjoyed this format, I don't think it should replace your current style but Mayb 1 every 10 eps or something would be refreshing and fun to watch.

I agree. Mabye he could do this, and he could do no commentary and focus, so he would get a higher chance to win

I do really enjoy the normal style of unranked to diamond and the diamond commentaries, just to see what exactly is going through your head as your playing, but having a video like this ever so often would be a-okay by me. We still get to see what you were thinking, and not just about your own play, but about others as well. Tis a shame OBS crashed, but it was still a nice commentary. Thanks!

  • @ShadowDuskSky

I enjoy this style of video, it eliminates tilt and lets you play without having to focus on commenting. and it's nice to have a critical analysis of the other lanes without having to focus on playing the game.

Hey Huzzy, watched you last unranked to diamond games, really enjoy your attitude as a smurf playing in lower elos. Honestly, for the unranked to diamond series, it feels better when it's gameplay commentary, watching your decision making on the spot as well as hearing your thoughts throughout the game makes me, personally, feel like I left the video learning something. But as you said in the video itself, doing post game commentry for you diamond account sounds like a wonderful idea. Killing two birds with one stone, diamond gameplay with less stress as you play. Keep up the good work, and I'll keep watching. And as always, good luck and have fun :D

I like this style, it makes your commentary more informative because your not just seeing what you are doing and doing a commentary on it and anything else you happen to see happening on the map instead you are doing a commentary on everything that is happening on the map. I feel its more educational and more informative.

  • @xephyr1337
    @xephyr1337 9 лет назад

I really do like this style because you can look back over the game and comment fights not happening in your area and talk about what the team is doing right/wrong in those places as well, on top of the fact that you can look at the gold scores like you did, etc. Really insightful.
Of course, I still like the way you've been doing Unranked to Diamond, so I don't think this has to become permanent if you don't want it to.

Personally I think that post commentaries give you the chance to play at 100% during the game and also give 100% commentary as well. I'd like to see more of this.

    • @Gredddfe

The amount of times that you commentated on the other lanes rather than just watching you farm, I think, far outweighs any disadvantages from doing post commentaries.

I don't know but a mix of both would really suit I think. 22:25 THIS exactly, Huzz. I wish there were more people in ranked that actually put more effort into the actual game than raging/tilting. The whole point of ranked is to improve your play, because it's a competitive gamemode unlike normal games. People always have a go at me when I tell them they should just stick to normal games etc if you just want to play a casual game of LoL. I mean there are so many players out there that actual take ranked very seriously and it comes to no suprise people just get mad at times when you've got let's say 1 or maybe even 2 teammates/enemies that just don't want to take it seriously, because it ruins the whole point of ranked games imo. You're in there to compete and get better, if not then I don't see why you'd go into ranked if you can just play a casual normal with friends. I could talk about this for ages, it's just something that bothered me for a while lol.
I pretty much stopped playing ranked entirely for a while because of it, the problem of ranked in my mind is the people that'd rather go full rambo-rage mode for no reason at all, or troll or maybe they're not even trying.. Over the years you start to develop a thick skin for all that, but it can still ruin a ton of games for you even if you don't feed attention. It's come to the point where I even feel extremely bad for the enemy team if they have 1 or 2 of those types of players because it almost makes it seem like the game just becomes a unfair 3/4 versus 5 :/

I like the post game commentary, mainly because it adds a lot more information and its more precise, without the few distractions that happen in regular commentaries.
My only strife ( if you do continue this for your main series ) is that the information was a bit too fast. But that's just my personal taste.

  • @Jzwiz

I actually like seeing you commentate your game like this. You get to focus more on your thoughts of the gameplay but we don't get to see the thought process as it happens. may I suggest DxTory. it's no longer free but it's just $30. you get the best quality and can have multiple audio tracks so you can adjust levels separately during editing if needed.
I don't usually watch post game coms cause I prefer live play but surprisingly I enjoyed this cause you were able to talk about things around the map more. so I think doing this format in your diamond series and do the normal live coms in the road to diamond series.

Occasionally, videos like that is fine. You can show a bit of fuller picture with after-game commentaries.
About smurfing. It is quite frustrating to play versus a good smurf player in ranked play. But as long as that doesn't happen too often, ppl don't get too discouraged by loosing a few LP.
About your educational videos, it's different. It's very interesting to know the decisions of players who can win the game (versus ppl who can't carry the game and "stuck in elo hell")

1st of all I want to congratulate you for the work you are doing in this channel. I personally don't play LoL anymore (I'm dota fan) but I think many of the things that you are saying about the game and especially the ranked games as general applies for dota too and I watch your videos occasionally. About the post commentary - my opinion is that it can be somehow more educational because 1st I can see that live commentary is really hurting your skill sometimes and maybe even your decision making and 2nd - after the game you can talk about your plays/decision making and easily point mistakes so it will be educational even for you. I might suggest not to watch other people's plays while you are creeping, instead its interesting for me what was your thought process at that moment, for example I know that you have map awareness but it's one thing to see something and completely other to get information out of it, for example "I see that rengar is low health and I know that he will go for this camp now and then he will go to base so I have 1 min to gang lane X" (I don't know if that example was good :)

How do you get all chat during the replay? I have it turned on, both in game and in the settings for spectating, but it never shows all chat in replays.

Huzzy, perhaps if you do diamond game play on your main with this style of vid, and then kept the road to diamond how it usually is. i liked this type of vid, but from an education point of view, if we were looking at a diamond game where you can go into depth in to what they are doing/how they play, the subtle differences that make them alot better would help.
the road to diamond i personally like the old format, because particularly with things like how you deal with ragers/feeders, and general toxicity that is a big thing that tilts low rating players, this shows how you deal with those things. this also lets people who dont like one format follow the other,

Huzz I know you struggle with time cause uni and stuff (like the feels) but I think it would be so cool if you did a series where you watch a playback of subs games and give advice to become a better, clears, mistakes and how to alter them etc. I think this would awesome and so helpful :)

I also am stuck around Gold V elo and really wanna climb so do you have some good tips for me to win more games or to try and carry them?

I feel that this video format is great for diamond content but I will still prefer the normal videos for Unranked to Diamond

I actually liked this format, if you did this occasionally as a change up from your normal type of video that would be cool. For example if things happen in a game that you want to bring up as a subject of discussion, you could do a video like this so you are able to go more in depth. This format might also be useful to show your High ELO games, seeing as you said recently its sometimes hard to commentate and play at the same time.

I like the way you did this video, a bit more. You can play like you normaly do and do a, from my pont of view, better commentairy. If it's not too much work for you, I would love to see this more often.
