I actually love the setting and really like Enzos look, he looks like a super young guy who might be like Tommy (being very amateur at first) looks like he will be youngest protagonist we have so far, the second screenshot is giving heavy rdr 2 vibes Also switch to unreal engine 5 looks like a good choice, hopefully the gameplay feels good cause as much as i love this series the games movement has always felt quite janky tbh, hopefuly horseback feels as good as it does in rdr 2 Side note but i hope we have some character customization, instead of preset outfits, but might be asking for too much because all previous games only had preset outfits
I think it looks visually stunning! I wonder though, as you said are those shots (like him sliding into cover) actual gameplay shots? I hope so. Also, I hope the game really doesn’t do pre rendered cutscenes, as they always take me outta the experience. It doesn’t ruin the game for me but noticing the difference in quality definitely is noticeable when some games do that.

I hated Mafia: The Definitive Edition regarding the gameplay (regardless of staying true to the original game) it felt clunky from running/shooting/aiming, which I adjusted and I don’t suck at games in general lol, it just felt sloppy and clunky, and the combat felt poor. I definitely hope they really nail the combat/gameplay that feels grounded but fun and brutal that looks and feels really smooth in motion. There’s really no excuse.

IF you take notice of the first vehicle models you would know that is early 20th century which is the 1900s. the 19th century you keep mistaken would actually be the 1800s. The 19th century began on 1 January 1801 and ended on 31 December 1900.... But other wise, i get what you're saying...

They’ve confirmed it’s linear, not open world. But i guess they’ll add the chance to free roam like in Mafia Definitive Edition.
