You know once you announced doing your Joe room videos I was looking forward to seeing what was on Flagg Island! Did not disappoint! One of the things that I really enjoyed is the eclectic range of the Joe line. Seeing the Warhawk on the flight deck just brought a smile to my face. My Flagg is decked out differently but we both appreciate the modern figures for display. I have some bits of kit I’m cooking up for sub-level I’d love to share. Thanks for letting us in to the room!

I love that P-40. The Warhawk/Tomahawk is one of my favourite WW2 planes.

Man Chad what a great collection and all the stories and memories that go with them. This video bought up so many memories of walking through the toy isle at Toys R Us. That feeling you get when you’re a kid and all the wishful thinking goes on. Like I wish I could have that or the “man if I had that I would do this and play here and there”. Did you make any notes on the video or were you able to just say what it is from memory. Sounded like just heart which is my guess. I love you collecting because now you get to buy whatever you want as an adult and get that instant happiness that you had as a kid. Maybe not on the hyped up sugar level of a thousand but it’s that certain type of joy. Hopefully when you decide to sell and retire in Italy I’ll have a bigger home and thousands saved so I can buy as much as I can off you 😂❤. Thank you for your videos, no bullshit, no sugar coating, and 100% honesty. That’s the type of person’s word you can trust. All this from toys. Ok I’m putting my heart away now 😂. For real tho the wifey knows when I’m watching your show to just leave me be so I can enjoy peacefully. Hats off to your collection and thank you for your service. Takes a certain type to sign Uncle Sam’s blank check. Ps Bald is a way of life.

I had the HQ, Terrordrom and a bunch of others, but the Tactical Battle Platform always spoke to me most as a kid.
Oh yeah - it was affordable, they’re everywhere, and it’s modular. Not too big or small - such a great playset for land or sea!

Love it! I bought a slew of those same little jeeps, because I absolutely love the missile launcher for customs! I am currently building a 1/12 scale Vamp I.R.E. (insertion/recon/extraction) for Daredevil Company that will include two of the missile pods.

@Its.Chad. I love the windows on the Flagg, small details but it really adds to it, same with the awards and customization. I think we all do that to some extent just to be able to say they're really "ours". I know one guy that has rows of stars on the nose of his night raven and rattlers as kill counts.

I really like how you've integrated the 3rd party vehicles and figures around the Flagg. Those Lanard The Corps skull mask dudes are great for background goons or manning different defensive positions. I keep one in the back of my Soundwave HISS with along a few custom/kitbashed Joes that my kiddos liked.

Great looking display, since you have other toy lines mixed in you should drop an Aqua Man, Black Manta, and a Creature from the Black Lagoon in there. Make a Halloween party in one of the rooms. Noboy else has done that.

Like what you've done to the Flagg! I've recently acquired one and dropped the fan tail railing on the floor and it promptly exploded. 😂 That part is facing a corner, so I'll have to fix it at some point. That said I dig all the mods you've done and your philosophy of collecting. Always enjoy the videos, Chad!

That’s so funny you have a “green H” award on the Flagg. That award actually partially falls under my department. Commands aren’t as big on getting it like they were in the early 90s-2000s

I had to sell all my collection 3' in a rough patch of life, yeah...
and, I don t feel so bad after all knowing they might be brittle,
and some missed parts because of moving and storage
in 82, I was 13, so I did nt play rough or even at all
for years, I just posed figs in formation when I bought new ones,
like for a review in front of leaders, and high ranks
I loved to see my whole teams standing in rows, still do
but...
seeing how you can still customise the flagg with lights,
and o ring replacements... a part of me misses them still a bit
putting glass on the flagg is one thing I d do 1 rst, easy, and add realism quickly, good job bro!

the savage plane is funny, but 21 rst century toys was amazing for the price
tanks and planes, only the figures were sub joes, the rest was easily superior in every way
all 100% pro scale 1/18, not those toy cheats
I think that if I d kept my joes, had a house, maybe I d build my own flagg
buy og parts here and there, but make it bigger out of foam panels
I did a few dios, and I think I could come up with something cool after a lot of work and study on real carriers
and yeah, I d make it so it floats in my pool, it d be built differently that s certain
modular, and detachable levels, no side views in the haul
so now you know...

it's too bad Hasbro never did the actual us navey landing hover craft. megablock did one through their call of duty line. I bought it for my cousins son for Christmas and it was real fun to build and then put in on display with his megablock Abrams tank and the figures. megablock really had something cool with that call of duty line. cool customizable figures with fantastic vehicles and playsets you could build to go with them. Just like they do with their halo line. if I hadn't given my joe cc collection to my nephew I definstly would ld have spoiled him with thd call of duty Lind cause hd was already into it somewhat through halo. it's a shame that line didn't continue. it was fantastic if not as durable as Joe vehicles. 😂😂

Chad Island is awesome! When you built the substructure of your Flagg, did you buy the book off of Amazon, or did you just “wing it”? I love what you did, building around your Flagg! Truly, an amazing display.
@@rach4carlosI used a measuring tape, a pencil, and my saws!! Then when I had the struts on top of the pieces I cut out I double checked the placement with a sharpie over the pencil. Then wood glued and painted! Thanks very much!
