    Good work out for Deltoids, Rhomdoids, Triceps, Letissimos Dorsi,Biceps, Abs and a few more i don't now the name of. Thumbs up onsek.

    Does it need an extra-large feather file to sharpen or can you use a Western saw file? If you ever file it, it would be a great thing to put up on video.

      Hi, we are useing japanise feather file, Western might be possible too but we never try it. It has to be sharpen almost every day.

      the teeth on them are gigantic, and they are not hard like joinery saws. The plates are also very thick at the toothline - 1.5 - 2x what we'd see in a disston rip saw - I think they're intended for wet wood, but the softness of the teeth makes them easier to file and less fragile.
      A cant saw file or a large knife edge file is necessary to file the entire tooth and prevent from changing geometry in a bad way.
