I feel that MACE, Lossforwords and Dr. Cosmobyte are absolutely in the running for creator of the year at the Cacowards this year - I've spent basically the entire year playing mods that either they at least had a hand in or which was directly inspired by one of their mods. Hell, I'm even working on art for a weapon mod because I want to make something that plays similarly to Raging Bull.
Sadly, the chances of that happening are so slim they might as well be zero. The Cacowards are by no means an event made for Doomworld, but the chances of someone noticing your work goes up if you post there with some regularity. Out of the three, Loss is the one I haven't seen explicitly say he won't post there - given the ZDoom forums definitely lost some steam after the whole Marisa incident, I personally think more modders should post their work there, but oh well.
I recognise that Five-Seven sprite, it's from Modern Warfare 3. And OICW is a nice weapon to have due to the fact of it being quite a dying breed in shooter games.
