Damn, this guy went from being a model to getting noticed for his visuals to being the most hated contestant on Produce 101 to redeeming himself enough to get a spot in a fan created group to becoming a YG soloist. Kwon Hyunbin has had quite the journey to becoming a musician. He’s living proof that with hard work, you can become a singer/performer.

Ashleigh Hicks in the sorry sorry performance he gave up learning halfway because the dance was too hard. He didn’t attend training and the leader had to drag him and teach him personally. So people thought he was lazy. In addition he isn’t talented (it’s understandable since he was originally a model and only trained 2 months for his first performance) but he still ranked high because of his visuals and humour. So people felt that he was overrated and they hated on him. He did regain himself though.
He is someone who used to cry on stage and stop singing in the middle of the song because of his low confidence and nervous on survival music show.... He received a lot of criticism and insult everytime he choose the theme for his performance....other avoid him as a teammates because he bad in dancing, bad in vocal and shocked everyone when he even choose to be in rap team when he never rap..... netizen criticise him said that he was playing around in survival music show when he said in the show "I know i will eliminated, so I want to try everything when I still got the chance"...... But see him now everyone!!! Among his team, he is the only one who survive longer every week because of the k-netizens votes for the program...... If you watch the program, in his 1st group performance with another trainees, he was seen as viewer for someone who had attitude problem when he always walk away from training session and sit alone in vocal practice room listening to music with earphone that make his teammates complaint because their mark is bases on group performance and he can't keep up with their choreography.....but imagine when u have no basic training, being push by the company to join n need to survive on something that u not trained for because he was trained to be a runway model and actor at that time......at the same time reading the critisism and insult from netizens almost everyday.....but he still got some fans who keep him longer in that program..... He can't dance and his vocal is bad that time becaus he never had a vocal training.....in 1 episode they need to do a performance based on dance, vocal and rap, Ong Seung woo (wanna one) jokingly said that he want to chose dance theme and he doesn't want hyun bin in his team, everyone laughing including hyun bin, but the netizen insult him saying he can't even be near Ong with his dance skill..... When he chosed to be in vocal line group, the insult he got is greater and he cry and stop singing in the middle of performance because he was too nervous and his confidence crumble slowly.....but there is a loy of the trainees supporting him and take care of him in that program and he slowly progress although he not survive in that progrm..... But he learn a lot with pressure to survive in that program and continue to train and look him now~~~all his YGK+ team still on Model path......but he became mor than a model right now....and he will debut as solo artist soon and even some skilled trainees in produce 101 that he joined was unknown what is their progress.....its a personal achievement for him....an as a plus and fun fact, he got a small lesson from the living king of kpop Yunho(Tvxq) that make him a better idol ♡♡♡

YGE helped him a lot. If you look at his vlogs, yg staffs more like yg producers help him to his musics and we all know yg idols are independent where they composing their own music as well. So this is why he improved a lot since YG is known as one of the best training center of sokor even unskilled one can be a talented in the future example Song Yunhyeong ( he auditioned to be a YG actor but ended up as an idol ) he don't have skills in singing and dancing but look at him now. Look at Junhoe, He only know how to dance ( more he was not confident in singing ) but look at him now a main vocalist of iKON. Look at yedam he just sing before kpop star but now he can do all the positions rap, dance, produce a song that even JYP shookt about the great improvements of yedam. JYP used to criticize Kang Seungyoon from winner because of his bad habbit of singing and he doesn't dance too but now look at KSY a main vocalist that can kill in dance too. Many more idols that learned a lot from YG. So don't hate YG that much. And if you think he chosed the wrong person to debut you better not, cause YG knows the best.
