Notice that Badger says he’d feel bad about getting high in front of Jesse while he’s in rehab. But when the roles are reversed and Badger is the one in rehab, Jesse gives him crap for not wanting to get high with him or sell drugs to other 12 step members. Badger was a better friend to Jesse than Jesse was to him.
Clearly the show illustrates that it ruins everybody's lives, and everybody ends up dead. But... Tell me you didn't cheer when Jesse cooked and they announced "... 96%".
Which is the same percent that Gale got. Jesse of course doesn't understand the chemistry beyond the very basics, like the chemicals and equipment used. That last 3.1% was Walt's intuition from years of experience, something Jesse couldn't replicate by following a recipe.
Having “a hunch” about something is an easy way to get dismissed in the career of law. All of his extrajudicial stakeouts and break-ins would actually make him closer to a felonious stalker than a hero DEA agent. He didn’t understand the chain of command and it got him and his best friend/partner murdered in cold blood with no back up or contingency plan.
Both of these supporting role actors are talented in real life yet so convincingly play degenerate scumbags. Skinny Pete is an awesome keyboard player and look at how this guy danced.
Not just that, he's literally snorting solid matter with a hard consistency. When you snort coke, I imagine the powder dissolves in your fluids, and the chemical trigger goes to your brain. That crystal has to go somewhere; it's not gonna just dissolve like coke.
@@nahor88 it just irritates and inflames your nostril snorting crystal like that. I haven't used it but a few of my friends do and I've seen them do it.
People keep saying Walt didn't know his place and kept crawling back to this lifestyle even when he got so many easy ways to get out... But look at season 3 Jesse. It was he who didn't know his place, and decided to go against Gus. Even after Gus allowed Jesse to work for him, he decided to sell his own scante
Jesse can imitate Walter's cooking but his problem is that he doesn't know why. Why he needs this amount of chemical to mix with that chemical and so on. I never understood why Walt didn't just let Jesse selfdestruct. He was entirely to dumb
Yeah true, but i kinda feel like it gave him purpose in his life. He lost the woman he fell in love with. I guess he finally felt like he was good at something. That's how I see it. Could he have just rode out into the sunset and never look back? maybe, but also Jesse was a fan favorite in the show, and they didn't want to kill off his character so soon. That's my guess.

Jesse telling the same lie Walt told him.
Walt said that after Gus’s death I think. When jesse, mike and Walt teamed up
True, eventually they would’ve probably stumbled across Gus’ network again and they’d be in trouble.
Jesse expressed genuine remorse at several points for his choices, but at the same time he wasn't blameless.
he was the bad guy
Remorse is linked to recognition of personal responsibility/blame in a situation..so I'd hope so.
