First off love your designs for the narrator (the yellow glasses are a neat touch and the tech details on the neck) and stanley (appropriately normal looking guy)
checkerboard backgrounds really make it + the chromatic aberration matches the vibes nicely
I love love love how you used pngs of the dog, the car, the TV etc. because I think mixing art and photos is a neat mixed-media detail and it lends itself nicely to horror specifically (plus the dog barking animation? what is there not to love)
Drawing Stanley's path on the TV is also really clever
Finally the shadow on the Narrator's face in his last appearance 10/10 i like it
Sorry for going a bit deranged, sometimes I just see a neat piece of art/animation and I want to point out all the individual things I like about it because I'm sure there's a lot of thought + time that goes into it and I hope you know it's very very worth it :D
