Living in the US where burgers are ubiquitous, I can confidently say these burgers look excellent and made with love!
what do you mean? They were practically shallow fried. I also really don't like the way he drops and slides the food in front of the customers.... complete lack of respect in japan. Maybe that's part of his restaurant's 'charm'' though.. I dunno. I want to try his bacon, but his burgers look like shit.

It's cool to see authentic like real American food in Japan. Not that I'm patriotic but it's cool to know that Japan can get the real thing, since most will never be able to come to the states. Or those expats who are homesick. Most of the time all you get is yoshoku

They sure do. Old women's remark about the Italian guy being a rare serious worker for "someone from Italy" is a good example of that.
That's why they have the nice society they have, the societies that stop caring become shit holes.
